NetherlandsThe hosts met us at the property with the keys and showed us around, giving us relevant information. They were very helpful and nice. There were a couple small problems that they took care of immediately. The hosts also provided us with good tips on restaurants and sites. The house was big, which is important to us as we're 5 people. It was clean and orderly. We were invited to use anything there, including the beautiful piano. Unfortunately, it was in dire need of a good tuning. Loved, loved, loved the small, private swimming pool. Also loved the covered patio. It was huge, and we were able to make good use of the gas grill and eat outside in the evening. There were also many places to sit outside out of the relentless Italian sun!

ItalyI have been to Perugia many times, and stayed in many hotels. Hotel Morlacchi was a unique experience. It is a historic hotel in a great location but the best thing about it is the charming and unforgettable father + son duo that run it. They personally care for their guests and make them feel at home (above and beyond expectations). I will be recommending it to all of my friends and colleagues in the future, saying that they should book early because they'll be lucky to stay here.
