He was also very friendly welcome. The breakfast offered good quality and big choice. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in the villa.

BelgiumUpon arrival, the staff immediately took the initiative to take care of our car, luggage, to clearly communicate room readiness, to personally guide us around the hotel and to give a tailored explanation about how we could optimally spend our time in Sestri Levante. We were helped in French (other guests in German or English) in a most perfect manner. I have never enjoyed this kind of personalised welcome in any other hotel.

RomaniaWe absolutely liked everything; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful( they even ironed our clothes when we asked them), the breakfast was varied and they also have the restaurant oppened until 9:00 p.m.(btw, the food is excelent).. not to mention, you get a beautiful sea view and you hear the waves from your room.. we will for sure come back!

A lovely town just in a great location to visit nearby...
A lovely town just in a great location to visit nearby Cinque Terre and Portofino , frankly ad beautiful as those places are, it has too many tourists to consider a full stay at. SESTRI LEVANTE is the answer. It had a great train service making Genoa and Pisa in easy reach. Loved the food , loved the attitude of tbe locals who are friendly and welcoming .

Excellent location for beach holiday.
Excellent location for beach holiday. If you are with car - best supermarket is COOP. There is gluten-free bakery named Il Fornaio Senza Glutine with unbelievable foccacia bread.

This town is a great place to get away from the crowds and tourists and have an authentic Italian beach holiday. There were still migrants walking up and down the beaches bugging you to buy their crap, but that's pretty much every beach in Italy nowadays.

It's a nice place with sandy beaches.
It's a nice place with sandy beaches. If you want to do more snorkelling, I'd probably recommend other places with rocky beaches. You can book boat trips to Portofino/San Fruttoso and the Cinque Terre. We booked the Portofino/San Fruttoso one and it was very nice, snorkelled a bit in San Fruttoso and took a stroll through Portofino. We didn't have time to visit the Cinque Terre, but they are worth seeing and even staying there (I visited Riomaggiore and Monterosso back in 2018, they are nicer than Sestri Levante).
Overall, for some quiet, nice time on the beach, you can go to Sestri Levante, the beaches are big enough.
We walked from our accommodation to the beach and not much else, didn't take any buses. Found really good gelato at Ice Cream's Angels.

The location of the apartment is simply excellent. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach, 3 minutes to the train station, which was very important for us, since we traveled a lot from Sestri Levante to other cities. The apartment itself is very cozy, vintage, clean, and cool even in the middle of July. The owner was also very nice to us and quickly resolved any problems. We were extremely satisfied with our choice of accommodation and would gladly return here.

Giovanni who's the owner was absolutely fantastic. Warm welcoming, good suggestions on where to eat and where to go. The apartment is perfect, well equipped with everything you may need, located at the end of Sestri Levante. Both beaches as well as the old town with restaurants and bars are very close.
Medium sized supermarket located around 10 min by foot. Bigger one (Coop) 5 min by car where there's an electric charger to PHEV/EV.
Highly recommend!

Perfect location – just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but still super close to everything. Plus, it's near the train station, so it's a great base for exploring places like Portofino or Cinque Terre. Sestri Levante itself is an amazing, authentic town that hasn’t been taken over by mass tourism – you can still find local spots and really feel the true Italian vibe.

If you look for an authentic living experience in an old house in the very historic centre of Sestri Levante, you will be at the right place here. The interior is cosy with a certain ancient charme. The bathroom is refurbished and clean. The location is very close to Baia di Silencia and certainly a plus if you value it more than the living comfort.
