All the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.

Arrival drinks to begin! Nothing says welcome like that, right?!!!
Exceptional in all areas imaginable. Every expectation exceeded. Every detail of Boutique Hotel Sirmione was met with absolute perfection. From car parking concierge to electric touch button window blind control. I honestly struggle to pinpoint a certain element of what I liked about the property. From start to finish was 1000 stars and more. I will however tell you what made all the difference, the warm welcome. Every person that played their role in making Boutique Hotel Sirmione the perfection that it is, went above and beyond. As an Englishman living in Italy, take it from me, this is hard to find. Politeness and willingness to be of assistance elevated a perfect stay to that level beyond anything he experienced before. In fact, if you do not enjoy your stay, I will personally refund you myself.
Ps. I can only vouch for the best room available!! So spend a little extra and treat yourself to the finer elements of life. Direct pool access. A beautiful garden area perfectly separated from the next guests. Just enough foliage to know somewhere is there but nothing lessor the be nosey! Fridge filled that you have complete access too ! Inclusive in the price. And no not just one drink. The fridge is full. 4/ bottles of water ! Prosecco ! Snacks ! Ice tea.

Lake Views from Every Angle
On a narrow peninsula protruding into Lake Garda, Sirmione is a wonderful town famed for its multi-turreted castle, Roman remains and hot springs.
The 13th-century lakeside castle makes quite an impressive sight as you cross its drawbridge to enter the old town beyond. From its walls there are lovely views across red-roofed buildings towards the trees hiding the ruins of a huge villa that belonged to 1st century BC Roman poet Catullus. Part of the complex included baths benefitting from the thermal waters, and the town still has a spa today on the opposite side of the promontory.
Nearby is the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore with its 15th-century frescoes, and the surrounding narrow, cobbled streets are home to stone buildings and several Sirmione hotels on Lake Garda. The majority of hotels are mid-range, but there are still a few 4 and 5-star hotels in Sirmione to choose from.
Booking.com also has lots of accommodation by the lake in the newer part of town, and its Lugana Vecchia area has a UNESCO World Heritage-listed prehistoric site.
To the west of Sirmione is the lakefront town of Desenzano del Garda, while to the east is Peschiera del Garda, close to the Gardaland and Canevaworld theme parks. The nearest airport is Verona Catullo Airport to the south-east.

We visited the first week of November so it was not overcrowded. Don’t think it would be good during the height of the travel season. That said, we were not aware that the ferries stopped running completely in November. So if you visit them and want to see other towns around the lake having a car would be helpful. But we made the best of it by visiting the thermal baths and spa in Sirmione instead.

Sirmione is a beautiful location.
Sirmione is a beautiful location. The Roman Villa and the Garda Tours 25 minute boat trip were excellent. The town is very well presented and there are many restaurants. English is widely spoken in the shops and restaurants, so communication is easy. We were there in late October, and the number of visitors was comfortable: a busy vibe but not heaving. I can imagine that it would be very busy in summer.

The city is very clean and safe, very nicely decorated, everything is close by, restaurants, shops and everything you need. People are friendly, dogs are welcome everywhere.
Our dog enjoyed walks in the beautiful park located along the lake shore in proximity to our apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.
We had a car so didn't need the public transport.

Lovely location, easy access by road, bus or ferry. Great place to be based in order to explore other towns on Lake Garda. Very good ferry service. The old town of Sirmione is very picturesque, lots of restaurants and shops. Still very busy when we visited in early October and would be even more so in the summer months, quieter in the evenings when day trippers have gone. Nice walk around the peninsula and good view from the top of Scaligero Castle.

We loved Sirmione.
We loved Sirmione. We went to all the places of interest there and to Bardolino for the market.
We had a spa day which was just lovely and the spa hotel was only 5 mins walk from the apartment.
If we’d have had longer we would have gone to Verona for the day and to other towns on the edge of Garda. Also maybe have done a wine tour. We were also very lucky with the weather!

Great location in the centre of Sirmione.
Great location in the centre of Sirmione. Lots a restaurants to choose from. Our visit was at the beginning of October, however the town was very busy. There is a bus stop just outside of the city allowing easy transfers to Verona etc. Don’t rely too much on the bus timetable, the buses were normally about 20 minutes late.
The ferry terminal was a 5 minute walk allowing easy transfers to visit other towns.

Modest but comfortable Hotel with a pool and clean and reasonably equipped bright rooms. Breakfast was good. We only stayed a night and the weather was cooler than you'd normally expect for mid September in Italy so we didn't use the pool area. Location is on the "mainland" but was it was easy enough to get to the peninsula by bus in the evening when we ate at a lakeside restaurant and by car the next day to the Old Town when we walked around it and the peninsular before heading off to Verona. Parking was easy.

Breakfast was excellent very friendly staff, food always fresh and hot. Great selection you have the option to have breakfast outdoors. Great location for the old town with a shuttle bus costing 2euro with links to other parts of Italy eg Verona buses run daily not sure if the timetable. Getting the ferry is easy to get once in the old town you won't regret it.The hotel has a great pool.

Location was perfect, quite, next to the Lake and few minutes away from Centre of Sirmione from where you can get Ferry to any of the places on lake Garda. Comfortable rooms, working kitchen, amazing pool for kids. Everything was super good. To top it all, free parking outside the hotel.

Sirmione is one of our favorite places in Italy to just relax and soak up sun and beautiful views. Great for families.

The location is 9 min away by car to lago di garda, we loved our experience. The hotel was pretty good and new, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. They have a lot of options. We left but we wanted to stay more.
