GermanyWe love everything! The breakfast is fantastic! The people is very kind and they treat you like a king!!! The bed lining is excellent and the pillows are both in small flat and fluffy versions! The shower is perfect too. You ca park in the property for 15€ a day, but as the hotel is next to the parking lot, in case you prefer you can park there too. The hotel is 2 min from the escalators that bring you to the top of the city, but if y decide to walk will be a 10 min to everywhere from the hotel!

The room was very clean and so was the private spa. Free water in the room was a really nice touch.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet at night. Beautiful yard of the house. The housekeeper kindly welcomed us and said goodbye the next day. Great breakfast.

It’s a fantastic place to visit! So much to see!
It’s a fantastic place to visit! So much to see! I went back up to the Casa Romana and the Teatro Romano and both were well worth the visit.
La Rocca has incredible views and a very interesting museum. Then you can go down to the aqueduct, which is stunning.

A small historic centre on a hillside, with beautiful scenery and cute streets. A great place to sit and watch the world go by.
There are a good few interesting historical sites to visit right the the town centre, which is very easy to reach from the train station.
It has great places to eat including Osteria del Matto (fixed menu with great freshly cooked, food, but not suitable for vegetarians) and Contrasti Cucina e Ozio, with a high-quality menu and still reasonable prices.
La Bottega is wonderful for a glass of wine with quality local salumi, cheese or porchetta.
There are really handy underground moving walkways to help you up or down the steep streets and shade you from the hot weather.
The bars in the main square offer small aperitivo included in the price of a drink at all times of the day.
There is a lot of construction right now(summer 2025) to upgrade older buildings , but I'm sure this will only improve the town.

Beautiful historic town with many restaurants, winding streets, squares In which to sit and people watch. Two Worlds Festival brought lovers of drama, music, opera, ballet and art to the town but didn’t feel too full. However, pre-book accommodation and restaurants near to the venues. Access to centre of Spoleto can be via underground light and airy passageways and travelators if you want to avoid the climb in the heat of the day! Surrounded by beautiful wooded countryside in which to discover hidden gems, waterfalls, lakes and hiking trails.

Not sure why anyone would stay here - much nicer places such as Todi and Montefalco. All restaurants seemed to be shut in evening - had to resort to a
slice of takeaway pizza. Many many buildings covered in boarding and scaffolding

Spoleto is a gem! Our family of 4 loved exploring its historic sites, savoring delicious cuisine, and enjoying the charming atmosphere. A perfect destination for culture and relaxation. It was easy to get around and had lots of place to chill and relax.

Breakfast was exceptional. By far the best choice and variety of anywhere we have ever stayed.
The view overlooking Spoleto from the garden and pool can only be described as magical.
Liked the fact that although close to Spoleto, only a 5 minute drive, the property was tucked away so very quiet and peaceful.

It's a very quirky, step back in time, delightful hotel. This was our 5th hotel in Umbria and by far the best breakfast. Room was v clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. Whoever painted the walls with a trompe loiel (excuse spelling) effect did so brilliantly.

The Owner is a gentleman. Clean, comfortable room.
Excellent location, bus stop in front of the apartment. Moving walkway is very close to reach Spoleto center. Supermarket is also nearby.
