RomaniaI had an amazing time here! The accommodation was absolutely exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had a luxurious feel.
The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
The restaurant was another highlight — the traditional dishes were incredibly tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented. A real culinary experience that added so much value to my trip.
This place is a real gem and I would recommend it without hesitation. I will definitely come back!

Not much things to do in Tirano, but was perfect to stay 2...
Not much things to do in Tirano, but was perfect to stay 2 days to go to St Moritz in a day journey go in the morning and come back in the afternoon and have a place to rest one night before come back to Milan. Advise book your trip to the Read Train panoramic view to go to St Moritz and comeback using normal rail, do not forget to book a seat in the way back to guarantee some comfort.

Tirano is a small town which has everything, largely because of its location and the Religious tourism generated by the shrine and cult of Our Lady of Tirano. An excellent base to explore the area with frequent rail connections to Switzerland and Italy. Plenty of places to eat well and inexpensively.

Great place in the mountains with Italian flair. The hiking trails are marvellous, the paths through the vineyards are superb, lots of Castagne and going there by Rhätische Bahn is a pure highlight.

Tirano is a nice place to relax, we found one excellent restaurant (Parravicini) and one not so good on the other side of the river. Use recommendations.
There is a very long market on a Sunday. Everyone we met were very friendly.

Tirano is a really nice little town, busy with plenty of visitors, but also with plenty of locals out and about enjoying the restaurants and cafes.
Unfortunately we only stayed one night but we had time to explore the old town and wished we had a bit more time to visit more of the restaurants.
I would recommend Vineria Carin where there were a number of local wines to sample by the glass with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Nice place for a week and central in the valley. An old town, nice shops, and restaurants. Good bakery with perfect croissants on the main street. Has a train and bus station. Easy-to-use transport system.

The location was excellent right in the middle of Tirano next to the station for the Bernina Express. The room was very modern and well appointed. The breakfast was also very good. Instructions on how to find the hotel and access it were very good

The hotel is beautifully decorated, very cozy and eco friendly, a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, with a nice view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Beautiful town of Tirano, with Hotel Bernina in the perfect location. We were travelling on the Bernina Express (not to be missed) and the station is across the plaza, in eye sight.
