CanadaThe ambiance was very accommodating and relaxing; checking in and out was smooth. The home is well kept with adequate towels and bed linens. Our host made himself readily available. The price for our stay was great. The area is relatively safe; we were able to take morning walks and also walk undisturbed at night. The amenities offered are excellent and in good working condition. I highly recommend staying here as it is also a centralized location to travel from enjoy popular tourist area.

BelgiumVery nice and comfortable APT in a very quiet area in Black River. With a full kitchen, large bedroom, a very good shower and a big comfy sofa !! We received the entrance pincode the day before our arrival, but got the keys from the friendly lady next doors. Also, the payment was done through her, which was not really communicated by the owner.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. We travelled by route taxis to YS Falls, Treasure Beach and Appleton distillery. Black River is THE transport hub in this part of the island. And is a lively place to be for a few days. The croc tour we did with a local man Teddy, just for the 2 of us, same price 25USD PP, but longer tour and very personal. WATCH OUT for crocs in the sea in town as we have seen 2 bigger ones enjoying the sea .... NOT a joke !! Ask the locals.
