Beds were comfortable; room was equipped with dish ware, pan, utensils, cooking utensils and knives, glasses, plates, bowls , sink, dish soap, hand soap pump bottles, toothpaste/toothbrushes, tissue, cooking counter top stove, dinette set, mini couch, coat hanger tree w/coat hangers, microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, washer, dryer, two trash bins for separating trash, abundant hangers and closet space with open drawers. The “packaged ice” was so convenient on the 2F.
We were very appreciative of the “accessible bathroom”.
The only setback was our inability to operate the TV monitor and features.
On the windy nights there were constant loud thumping noises from outside the bathroom wall probably attributed to the wind blowing something loose outside the building wall.
Upon check out I showed the attendant downstairs the mini hair blower and asked to purchase it but the attendant wouldn’t sell it to me. Please note I did not take the mini hair blower. It was left with the attendant.

United StatesI loved everything! The staff was warm, caring and professional. The breakfast was wonderful! The food and service was exquisite. The view from my room of the sea and beach area was magnificent. My meditations were so good. The energy in the area was great. I loved being around so many beautiful families with their young children. The area has so much to do within walking distance. My early morning runs were outstanding along the beachfronts and boardwalk. My two sons live on Okinawa and I was able to spend quality time with them and tour the beautiful island. I now see why they love living here so much.

We stayed three nights and that was enough for us. Beaches need more atmosphere, loungers, restaurants, shade etc. Also realised you need to hire a car cause America town and closes beaches got boring after three days.

The places I needed and wanted to go to were all within -20...
The places I needed and wanted to go to were all within -20 minutes from each other. The area is nice and walkable, some family marts and Lawsons on the way if you need to stop for a quick snack or need to pick something last minute. Many places to eat just put what you like on the gps and go. Be wary that not of the places will have parking available.

Relaxed calm atmosphere, contrary to adjacent American village. Lots of small local places with great food and bars. Great for surfers and divers and people who simply enjoy quiet vacation by the beach.

I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe.
I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe. Instead it was a theme park. We couldnt use the beach that the hotel overlooked because it was closed and had to walk 2 beaches over. Very disappointed.

Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family...
Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family members in the military. It's very close to most of the bases, and has a wide selection of hotels. There is public transportation, but It's very walkable (in most areas). We felt very safe walking around. The America Village there has lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There were three or four beaches that we saw.

Location is quite far from the airport.
Location is quite far from the airport.
However the sunset is exceptional and the restaurants are on the beach so you can get an excellent view.
American village sort of reminds me of a cross between Disney and Vegas.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and super clean with a large fridge to hold all the drinks and snacks you might fancy. The location is great for my needs and the area is relatively quiet considering it's not far from Kadena air base. It's a short walk to restaurants, convenience stores and about a 20 walk to the American Village area.

Location is good as it is right at the American Village, locating at the central of Okinawa which means it shortens your trip either you travel up north or down south to Naha. Staff are very friendly and rooms are spacious and the beds are big and so comfortable.

Very convenient to stay in Okinawa. The host will not appear and only contact with you by internet. Clean hotel and large space, very good kitchen and good washing machine.

Location was perfect for a feed and shopping around in Chatan. The balcony room has views of the sunset and fireworks which was a lovely surprise.
