TurkeyIt was sooooo good! I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel, it was pristine! The bed was super comfy and the TV had streaming services and lots of channel options. I liked the marble surfaces in the room with the wood parts, it was really chic and fancy! And BREAKFAST!! It was to die for, so many options both Japanese and western. I just kept getting up getting more to my plate. Also the little notes next to the foods were really helpful, especially if you are interested in the Japanese cuisine. All in all we liked it so much that we came back stayed for another night at the end of our trip. It is also very close to the airport, just one stop and the subway station is literally in front of the hotel. There is also a pharmacy and currency exchange atm and coffee shop nearby (2-3 minutes) walking distance.

CanadaWe adored our time here and felt completely relaxed. You could opt to stay here for the delicious breakfast buffet alone - featuring rotating Japanese foods as well as Western food, coffee, tea, and cute little pastries (milk buns are best!). However the staff and location set this spot apart in our opinion. Check in was simple, friendly, and the staff were fluent in english. However the staff at breakfast were extra kind. They explained everything to us from the process of timing, to some fun casual chats with them about our stay. It was so sweet. They asked if we had enough food, if we were cold (I had a short sleeved shirt on), and told us to take our time. We had a room on the third floor that overlooked the delightful little bamboo grove. Highly recommend relaxing in the chairs among those shoots if you have time. Everything was very clean. Location is truly 2 minutes from the nearest train station. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Excellent value for money in this classy spot.

Bathroom has 3 towel bars + hooks, the most I’ve seen in any hotel! Beds, pillows, very comfortable.
We enjoyed the kitchenette, washer- dryer and the self service coffee bar, towels and amenities. We stayed 9 nights, room cleaning done every 3 days which work very nicely. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you for the room on a high floor. Will definitely return.

The capital of Japan, Tokyo is a vast, teeming metropolis nestled between mountains and Tokyo Bay. It’s so huge that you’ll have to come to grips with public transport and maybe even experience being pushed onto a train. Yes, it does actually happen!
Get your bearings by ascending the Tokyo World Trade Center near the waterfront, and savor the fantastic views taking in the red-and-white Tokyo Tower and Shinkuju’s skyscrapers. North is Ueno, home to the best museums (including the Tokyo National Museum) and a large park bursting with cherry blossom in spring.
Equally tranquil are the Chiyoda Imperial Palace and Gardens, surrounded by water. Also in gardens is the Meiji Jingu Shinto shrine in Shibuya, a youthful district where neon abounds.
For more traditional Japanese culture, head to Asakusa whose Sensō-ji Buddhist temple is Tokyo’s oldest temple. Outdoor markets sell a variety of wares, though shopping in Tokyo is, of course, fantastic wherever you go.
Whether you stay in a Japanese ryokan, luxury Tokyo hotel or a hostel, don’t fly out of Tokyo Narita Airport or Haneda Airport without having tried sushi. Another Japanese institution is the sento (public bath) and onsen (hot springs bath) – a must try. Also incredibly popular are Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, Asia’s 2 most visited theme parks.

I was completely impressed by how clean and efficient Tokyo is. Also feeling safe in such a large city is rare it seems. At this time, the dollar is strong compared to the Yen, which made this trip a great bargain. Driving in Tokyo would be extremely daunting, no need. The metro system is outstanding. If you like Japanese food (The Tsukiji Fish Market for example) you will enjoy Tokyo even more.

Tokyo is one of my favorite destinations.
Tokyo is one of my favorite destinations. The city is amazing. The food across the range of cost brackets is amazing. We come once or twice a year, and there are always new places and events to visit. There is never enough time to do it all. The business staff are invariably polite and helpful. We can reach many other fascinating and beautiful places in Japan easily. The train system and reasonable taxis make getting around very easy. Team Lab is amazing and provides a variety of experiences. The Harry Potter studio experience is amazing.

Tokyo is wondrous for culture, shopping, eating. The streets hum, the lights color everything. It is tourist friendly. Trains announce stops in English. Directions are explicit. Like most of Japan, I feel safe walking even at night. If anything the choices, the neon, the hordes of walkers on streets, the signs can overload the brain. BUt this is what makes Tokyo Tokyo.

Plan your trip in advance but leave some space to just explore. We had reserved a couple of excursions, definitely needed to reserve TeamLabs Planets ahead of time. Reserved a few restaurants, if you have must do sights and/or restaurants be sure to do that in advance. There were some restaurants to reserved either the day before or day of & that was fine. Some restaurants did not take reservations, so you would have to line up. Be ready, there always seemed to be lines for a lot of restaurants or tip is go when or before it opens.
Enjoy Japan, it is unlike any place on earth & we hope to return again someday soon!

Tokyo is an amazing city I love coming here there's so much to see with great walks plus delicious food as I know Tokyo quite well now I always take very long walks around the city up to 18 miles every day using the amazing Skytree as a location point you can't get lost also I use the sun as a navigation tool it all works. I have always had a good sense of direction so I rarely get lost The bullet train is also amazing I have used it now many times Tokyo to Kyoto two hours Kyoto Hiroshima 90min perfect. I jut can't recommended Tokyo enough so book now but its very important to research your Hotel first

Depending on your interests, Tokyo has a few nice attractions, in particular the National gardens near Shinjuku and the Natural History museum in the Ueno Park (also lots of other museums here). You can make side-trips to other places such as Kamakura (extremely crowded though). If you just plan a visit to a single city and are interested in nature, temples than Osaka (as a base) is imo a better choice and also has more/better places for affordable meals (food prices in Japan have risen enormously in the past few years). Either way, public transport is excellent and first thing after arriving is to get a transport card (Suica/ICOCA/...). Just make sure you have a transport app. I used the Japan Transit Planner which is basically similar to the old Hyperdia. Stations and trains have signs and announcements in English, easy to get around.

The location of the hotel was ideal, easy to travel to Shibuya, Shinjuku etc. The design of the space (using timber and red painted metal/concrete) was really interesting and continued into the saunas, which was really nice. The staff were very understanding and helped to make things very comfortable, not to mention the ability to keep suitcases behind the counter after the 10am checkout or before the 2pm check-in. Overall, enjoyed this stay so much to where I want to experience more capsule hotels in Japan.

Rooms were large for Tokyo hotels and had a bathtub (we stayed in the South Wing), and housekeeping was good. It has two lines next to it including the less crowded Tochomae station on the Oedo line. Better than Shinjuku. There’s a decent Komeda’s cafe opposite the back entrance where we ate at twice and more eateries are about 5 minutes’ walk away. We liked that the limo bus stopped right at the hotel and that tour agencies picked up guests at the hotel too.

This hotel is located in a central part of Shibuya and is easily walkable to Harajuku. It has a "cool" vibe with an Italian restaurant on the main floor and a coffee shop/bar on the ground floor. The staff were helpful when we needed them but generally hands-off as you check-in and check-out on computers in the lobby yourself. Our room was on the 13th floor so we didn't hear any street noise, which was nice. My husband and I enjoyed our stay overall.

Location is very good! You have access to two nearby lines, JR chuo-sobu, and the Oedo subway. JR chuo-sobu easily connects to Akihabara and Shinjuku .
For the hotel itself the spa was good and spacious. During the stay, even at 6am there were already a few people (5++) in the spa.
There is also a Lawson's convenient store with a good selection food and snacks, and also hot snacks (friend chicken) located inside the hotel on level 2.

The hotel is very well located by Shimbashi station which is convenient. The breakfast vouchers can be used in two restaurants as well as in the family mart downstairs which was really helpful on days we were out early.
Staff were very helpful in helping my husband find a pharmacy and get me medication when I was very unwell staying at the hotel.
