United StatesWhen my flight changed, I informed the hotel & they were quick to respond, letting me know that there would be no issue with me arriving much later than planned. The staff was super friendly, my room was clean, I was allowed extra time to check out beyond 11 am, they called a taxi for me, there was a 24 hour 7-Eleven in the lobby, price was e collect, and Chinatown was within walking distance. Exceeded my expectations!
