United StatesThis resort is THE best hands down when it comes to ALL AROUND hospitality, safety, great food, great workers, rates, drinks and attentiveness to guest needs. I decided to take a last minute get away and soo glad I made the right choice to stay here. AC works, bartenders AMAZING; great drinks and conversation. Pool clean, property clean and comfortable.. Everything was GREAT!!!
Far from noisy AT ALL which they are QUICK to resolve respectfully.. if it was slightly loud it was me from having such a great short stay and im sorry that’s just how enjoyable my stay here was
This is now my go to place moving forward when I visit. Thank you all sooo much for such a lovely time especially Aquarius 🥹 continue to be a blessing to others

The roads were a bit rough and my rental car got stuck and i called the host and his wife they were so helpful and they helped get my car out from being stuck going uphill. Great husband and wife team ,excellent people .
Definitely will stay at there location when i visit again

They were both so warm and helpful, from willingly giving us lifts to our destination and making whatever other arrangements we needed. We visited Pigeon Island, went to the National Park and did the trail walk! Fun and informative. Also did a Rainforest Aerial Tram Tour, through our Resort and that was worth the trip. Getting a taxi to take us around is very easy, but we did not venture out too much after our two outings. Felt very safe and people were more than happy to assist in any way that they could. The resort is a long way from the International airport, the average round trip taxi fare is USD 200 so be warned. Its a pity the hotel dont offer a shuttle service even at cost to take out the stress of arriving at an unfamiliar airport and wonfering how you get to the resort. The hotel offers no instructions or advice before you travel so be warned. The resort is fine and the food a good average. Rooms are pleasant but some stress in getting the rooms serviced some days. Very ordinary place. Nothing pretty about it although pigeon island is lovely. Reduit beach is nice enough but beware of buying boat tours on the beach. Especially Bradtours. Its not 5 star but has everything you need and more , wonderful views fabulous location and reasonable to put into context our flight was cancelled and we were sent to a fabulous hotel but we discovered the price for one night was more than we paid for 11 nights. If like us you prefer not to be stuck in an all inclusive hotel with other tourists then this is the place for you. Will hopefully one day return.
