From the moment I arrived, every team member was professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile.
The spa team, in particular, stood out. The spa manager was highly professional, welcoming me personally and taking the time to explain the treatments in detail. The therapists were skilled, respectful, and clearly experienced, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Every detail, from cleanliness to music and lighting, reflected excellent training and attention to guest comfort.
The restaurant staff were equally impressive. Service was smooth, organized, and discreet, with perfect timing between courses. They were knowledgeable about the menu, able to recommend dishes and explain ingredients confidently. I felt consistently well taken care of, whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Overall, the hotel’s staff – from reception to spa to restaurant – demonstrated a high level of training, coordination, and hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay truly memorable and enjoyable.

we splashed out and ate at Rick´s cafe too...it was worth it.
Most places of interest were walkable and there is an extensive tram-system and more taxis than you´ll ever need.
Take time to walk the Medina and visit the Hassan 2 Mosque.

Casablanca is quite spread out and some taxis expensive. Trams good, frequent, clean and cope OK with luggage. Recommend cheap eating in fishmarket and railway station. Cabestan Ocean View for fine food and wine with appropriate prices but a bit noisy.

Casablanca is an interesting city, but quite dirty and chaotic. We probably should have stayed for a shorter period of time.
Favorite spots: The Hassan II Mosque and the Corniche were definitely highlights — impressive views and lively atmosphere.
Where we ate: We enjoyed meals at local cafes and restaurants; the food was flavorful and authentic. We highly recommend Moods Cafe at Marina Mall.
Getting around: Transportation can be a bit chaotic, but taxis and rideshares are available and convenient for short distances.
Fun activities for groups: Visiting the Corniche, Morocco Mall, and relaxing at cafes like Moods Cafe are all great activities for friends traveling together.

Disillusioned with Casablanca - found it to be culturally significant with grand aspects & lovely coastline but not as interesting, exotic or wondrous as I’d imagined. I was happy to leave to explore the more amazing magical Morocco further afield.

As a tourist two days are about right- main sights are the Hassan II mosque, Arab league park, Mohammad V square, art deco buildings and don't miss the Habous quarter - nice feel, less hurried with a great cafe (Imperial) and souk.

Hotel was exceptionally clean, the bed super comfortable and everything was very modern. There are plugs near the bed, reading lights and the bathrooms are very modern and spacious. Very close to the Casa Voyageurs for those needing a train to anywhere in Morocco. I had a Mocktail in the bar upstairs and it was delicious.

The room was clean, the sheets and toilket was also clean. Overall it meets the expectations for a hotel. Best breakfast we got in Morocco. The hotel is really good for the price. Hotel is safe and the door man helps with arranging the taxi.

This is a modern hotel and very different from what we have been used to in Morocco. It was a lovely big room, with room for a table and chairs. Great outside light from big windows. It was good to have a kettle in the room.
