The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive.
Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the warm, friendly, and helpful staff made us feel so welcome, thankyou to the porter who helped us with our bags to the room, reception, parking attendants, security and the cleaners (our room was spotless) and every other member of the team!
A very special thank you to Mr. Youssef Manssouri, whose thoughtfulness truly made our experience extra special! After realising it was my partners birthday he and the reception sang happy birthday and MR. Youssef personally arranged a beautiful room decoration. He decorated the room with petals spelling out “Happy birthday Luke”, balloons, a stunning bunch of flowers and a lovely cake, macaroons, fruit and nuts creating the most perfect atmosphere for celebration. It was such a lovely surprise for my partner and added a personal touch that we will never forget out of his own kindness.
The attention to detail and the care shown by the staff truly set this hotel apart. The hotel was very clean, rooms were flawless and very well maintained!
We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and truly special stay. Thank you again to everyone, and especially to Mr. Youssef, for making our time here so extraordinary!

Beautiful city . I wish I had a few more days to explore. I would have loved to have spent more time shopping and sightseeing . I was there to attend a wedding and visited the Agafay desert . Breathtaking views . Taxi drivers are very reliable .

I was at Marrakesh a few times before and I didn’t like it at all this time. It’s crowded unbelievably crowded. The traffic is insane. The Medina is one of the most confusing Medina I’ve ever been to and dirty. I planned on staying for four days and I stayed one and left too much better Fabulous tangier. To me the place worth going to in Marrakesh is the Square.

Amazing!
Amazing! But be mindful of the cars, motorbikes, etc on the footpaths and trying to cross the road is a "nightmare"!!! However, I did not see one accident the entire time we were in Marrakech, and that surprised me!!!!!! I could not, and would not drive a car through Marrakech!!!

This city is just full of soul. Go experience traditional souks (street markets) in medina - it is just magical (but get ready to be surrounded by a lot of people :D) Try some street food there and enjoy the chaos :)

Central Marrakech is great to walk round but motor bikes are a problem especially when in the Medina as they are everywhere. You get the feel of the real Morocco not like Agadir where we have visited previously.

Extremely different from our usual vacations - mainly Europe and North America. Wonderful and really happy people with zero sense of menace ( a pleasant surprise after reading reviews about hassle and scam artists none of which we found true). The Medina is wonderful to see and interesting for a few days. We spend a fantastic day in Atlas Mountains which was totally different and also great.

without doubt the most breathtakingly beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed. all of the facilities are 5 star. we booked the most basic room and even that was just pure luxury so I imagine the other rooms are even more amazing. the pool area is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice. the staff were all so attentive and nothing was a problem. we loved it so much, just wish we could have stayed for longer! the area where the hotel in is so peaceful and quiet, with just the sound of bird song and cicadas. bliss.

The entire facility and experience was incredible. Forget 5 star, this was 6 star in the middle of Medina and hustle bustle of Marrakech. Staff were so accomodating and professional, rooms and facilities were immaculately clean and there were so many extra incidentals - like complimentary Chanel perfume in the bathroom!! The hotel and its amazing staff completely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this haven in Marrakech!

Christophe and Abdel were amazing hosts. They pay attention to detail to the smallest things. The breakfast is delicious and a delight every morning.
The Riad is exceptionally clean and better than most 5 star hotels, Christophe is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond and is really helpful. I will definitely return here when visiting Marrakech again.

Reviews for this hotel are not great but the Kenneday is not as bad as implied. Certainly there are better hotels but this is decent value at peak times - a large plot with pool and nice gardens/bar area. Good helpful staff. Opposite is a 5 star hotel with a great restaurant if you want to splash out.
