United StatesLotfi's Hotel Lahlou is among the very best places we've ever stayed - it felt like we were visiting a favorite uncle! Lotfi arranged for a taxi to and from the airport and woke up at a totally unreasonable hour to see us off. He was available to help with any questions or recommendations. The breakfast that was served on the roof terrace was one we will never forget - wild pomegranate, fresh-squeezed orange juice, a selection of beautiful jams, local butter & honey, warm bread & corn cakes, eggs prepared in tajine, and an enormous pot of perfectly sweetened mint tea. We couldn't possibly eat it all, but we tried! The location is fantastic and we loved walking through the souk (there is a leather dealer just inside the entrance on the left who was incredible in helping my daughter find two perfect bags among hundreds and he adjusted the strap length right there). We would absolutely visit again!

NetherlandsI recently stayed at Hotel Terminus and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Ouahiba, who kindly arranged a room upgrade for us. It made our stay even more special and comfortable!
The upgraded room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city.
All in all, we had an amazing time at Hotel Terminus. Great service, great location, and a warm personal touch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially with team members like Ouahiba who go the extra mile for guests.

The property is near downtown and in an excellent location, well equipped with all daily utilities. I appreciate the hospitality and excellent communication of Mr. Ismail (the host) who was so agile and flexible in responding to our needs, and really exceeded my expectations in fulfilling our requirement in very quality time, Thank you very much for everything.
I recommend this property for any visitor to Oujda who is looking for a nice, clean and comfort place, and nearby location to all local facilities.

The hôtel is excellent l got a very warm welcome from the ladies on the réception and also l just step in to the hôtel and they called me by my name without saying what surprised me and l felt this hôtel really taking care of they guests l would recommand this hôtel as its clean quite perfect amenities and restaurant in the hôtel
But all together its a perfect expérience lfcoming to oujda sure l will choose this hôtel again

Loved the interior of the hotel, the staff accommodated us with storing our two motorcycles in a locked garage. Small supermarket, banks and a good restaurant within two minutes walk. Staff extremely helpful, and kind, one of the girls sorted our phones out with local SIM cards. Exceptional Staff.
