From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Rooms: Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, with high-quality toiletries, fresh linens, and a well-maintained space. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless.
Service: The service was impeccable—whether it was room service, concierge assistance, or restaurant staff, everyone was efficient and courteous. Requests were handled promptly, and the team made us feel truly valued as guests.
Food: The dining experience was delightful! Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served flavorful meals with excellent presentation. The room service menu was also impressive, with quick delivery and great taste.
Location: Perfectly situated! The hotel was in a prime location—close to major attractions, dining, and shopping, yet quiet enough to ensure a peaceful stay. Transportation was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city.

United KingdomWe had a wonderful night in this quirky place. The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful and clean. We had a shared bathroom but only with one other room, which was empty! Breakfast was delightful and the location was excellent, right in the medina but the hotel was really quiet. Great value I would definitely recommend.
