ItalyRoom was very clean and bed very confortable. Recently renovated. Wifi works well. Late in the evening the main gate is locked and you get a key to open it. There's a cafeteria and restaurant within the hotel courtyard. Reception staff is super nice and helpful - Belem in particular. Across the street from the hotel there is a nice supermarket and lovely French bistrot. Plenty of shops around. I felt very safe in that neighborhood. To the waterfront it's a 10 min walk.

SpainThe owner and host had clearly gone to a great deal of trouble to anticipate the guest’s needs. Every little thing was present to ensure that whoever stayed there would have a good time. The apartment even had cool bags and deck chairs to take to the beach.
The host was exceptionally helpful. I realised, when I arrived, that my plugs did not fit the sockets. So, the host brought round an adaptor the very next day. And, she even took me to the airport when I’d finished my holiday. I can’t praise her enough!

Our boy broke a vase and we wanted to pay for it, he refused. He let us check out very late as place wasn't booked next day. Apartment itself is cozy, well equipped and has everything you need for short stay. Sea view balcony is just a bonus! Walking distance from Marigot center with shops and restaurants as well as the port. We will be back again when we visit Marigot!

A year ago at the end of a cruise in St Maarten, we commented that maybe we should spend some time there, At the end of the same cruise this year we spent 3 nights in Marigot, influenced by significant airline savings by traveling later - enough to pay for the three nights, plus some. But with a car, the island only takes one day to circumnavigate and see the high spots unless you want to hang out on one of the many beaches - not for us. Two nights with a car for one day would have been plenty.

The location is great for access to town however very close...
The location is great for access to town however very close to road which can very busy and noisy, also the beach is a common place for many homeless people to visit and bathe. No security and open building with easy access you need to lock up and close all windows.

The studio was clean and spacious. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. And the location is perfect. It's in the centre of Marigot and close to everything. I definitely recommend this accommodation for both short term and long term stay in beautiful St Martin.

Very nice space - big, comfortable, well equiped. Walking distance to the centre of Marigot (restaurants, ferry etc.).
