Beautiful clean, modern and looks new. Large spacious rooms with balcony to sit out on, amazing en suite bathroom with huge shower, tea, coffee, chocolates, bath robes, slippers and towel animals like on a cruise!
Quiet room, quiet hotel , comfortable beds, lovely friendly staff. Nothing to complain about at all.
Great value all you can eat buffet breakfast at just €12 pp and yes it does get busy in there like in all hotels. Lovely view of the boats and the bay from the breakfast room and top floor terrace.
We did not use the indoor pool but we ventured across the road to the hotel’s beach club which is lovely and we had happy hour cocktails and pizza (2 for1) !
Sliema is not my favourite place in Malta but you can walk to St Julian’s and Spinola Bay in 30 mins and can get sight seeing ferries from very near the hotel.

Scenic and energetic, Sliema is perched on the limestone banks of the Mediterranean Sea in the historic and charming island of Malta. It is a perfect coastal holiday destination and ideal base to discover the Maltese Islands.
A short drive from Sliema, Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal offers direct services to Comino and Gozo, which are great for sightseeing, diving, swimming and the unique boat trip around Blue Lagoon.
Discover Malta, from the marvellous Tarxien Temples, to the traditional and colourful boats and fusions of freshly cooked seafood in Marsaxlokk. Afterwards head to Malta's gems, Mdina and Rabat, then around to the belt of Malta, Valletta which features baroque architecture, historic museums and magnificent views from Fort St Elmo over, and beyond Valletta Harbour.

Sliema is a lovely place for a walk, a run or a swim. There are several coffee shops and restaurants. The city could be improved a lot but it is not in the local mentality. There are some lovely Sicilian coffee shops around and with as little as 8 euros you can buy 11 delicious "pastizzi" and a meat pie.... enough to feed 5-6 people. Some of the better experiences in terms of restaurants were Felice at the Gzira sea-front, Oka at Balluta Bay (St. Julians) and Barracuda, just meters away from the church. It’s just a 6-minute walk to a bus stop with routes going in all directions across the island. A large Lidl supermarket is about 15 minutes away, and there are many small shops nearby. The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping - they even changed the towels every day. However, there was no cleaning service from Saturday to Sunday.
