The room was nice, the bathroom was great, clean and tidy, and check-in was easy, even after 10 PM (my plane was delayed). The location was great, a true Malta experience, a quiet neighborhood, and very close to bus stops for sightseeing. Shops and a pharmacy are close by. I'm very happy.

France"Stunning" apartment it's indeed the right word for this apartment in which we spent about 12 days. What we more particularly very liked is:
- Wonderfull view on Sliema, its Marina and on the old City of La Valetta from the balcony.
- Very good location with quiet streets, several bus stops (very convenient to go everywhere you wish on Malta).
- A good supermarket (SPAR) just a couple of minutes away and nice neighbours living in the same building.
- Large rooms and very quiet sleeping rooms.
- The apartment is very good furnished and comfortable and with modern/nice decoration.
- In addition we very much appreciated the assitance and the reactivity of Paula (Buena Vista) who is in charge to manage
the apartment. She was always very helpful for any question and service we have had during our stay.
If we come again to Malta, we will definitively book again this apartment.

There's an excellent sandy beach just across the street. A beach that's rarely found in Malta. It's excellent for families with young children, as there are facilities and activities for kids.
The town is peaceful, with a long promenade by the sea.
The housekeeping staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Special regards to Biljana and her colleagues.

Neighbouthood is fine, with lots of bars, restaurants, etc. nearby. On the downside you're about a 25 min walk (uphill) to the centre of Valletta. However, there are LOTS of buses to the centre from nearby and the ticket is just EU2.50. Remember, too, that the standard cash fare for buses is EU2.50 and your valided for re-use on any bus for up to two hours from time of issue.

The town itself looks nothing special.
The town itself looks nothing special. I liked that it was close to the main towns we went to and that was very convenient. There is convenient transportation, a store, places to eat breakfast and the price of our hotel was great.

Central and easy access to several bus lines. Good restaurants close to the hotel. Taʼ Xbiex offers a normal daily life with nice local inhabitants in the surroundings, i.e. ideal for anybody who prefers not to be confronted with overcrowed and loud touristic areas.
