South AfricaWe stayed at Aria Beach for our last week of a wedding anniversary holiday. When we arrived and told Sam, our host, that it was a wedding anniversary trip he upgraded us to the duplex apartment at no extra charge. Sam is a fabulous host and has done a great job of ensuring that the rooms are comfortable and luxurious and very well equipped. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and it's obvious that they pay much attention to detail. Sam was in the process of opening up the smoothie bar while we were there so we enjoyed many delicious fresh juices and smoothies. The hotel is right on the beach and has lovely deck chairs set up under the trees right at the ocean. The hotel has a number of lovely areas to chill from the seating in the dining area to the pool to a fabulous 'tree house' deck with bean bags. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Saud and his team were very friendly and always looked for a guest being pleased and hosted well. The room was cleaned every day. As we have booked a full-board, the restaurant nearby was well organized for a lunch and dinner. The food at the same restaurant might be a bit monotonous for a long stay, so we would recommend one week full board and the other week trying food at the different restaurants (Sapora was our favorite one).

Able to eat meals inside the restaurant or under the coconut/palm trees on the beach. Great snorkling tours and prices- even more so because it was just our family on the tour rather than with 30 others and included underwater pictures and films.
The staff were all great, especially Mahinda - he is THE person every costumer focused business needs and wants. His attention to detail, help, thoughtfulness, knowledge and kindness was second to none.

Upon arrival on the island we were met by Farid, who helped with our luggage and brought welcome cocktails, it was pleasure.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay.
Manager Shiyaz can solve any problem and offer you the best solution to the situation :)
The room was cleaned daily in the morning, Farid was always ready 😁
The hotel has its own beach, a very cozy place where you can see sharks, turtles and rays just swimming along the reef!🦈
Dinners at the hotel were just as wonderful as the stay in the room

The host was very helpful, and we cannot be grateful enough to D.Pani, who showered us with his kindness and attention every single day! The breakfast selection met our expectations, and we were perfectly satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms also. Abdulla juga meluangkan masa membawa kami pusing satu Ukulhas (island tour), berfoto dan bercerita. Hari terakhir sebelum menaiki speedboat ke Male, Abdullah membekalkan kami kerepek sukun yang dibuat sendiri untuk dimakan dalam boat. So touching.

The room and bathroom are clean.Comfortable. Wonderful patio with swing and nicely decorated green area, which you can relax , reading, eat or chit chat with your friends/family.
Excursions - Wonderful.
I got all of excursions price before i arrived. So, easy to arrange our budget and itinerary. All excursions we booked thru Abdulla. Yes, wonderful experience. We met dolphin, we saw manta, we got lobster and big fish, we enjoyed at sandbank, snorkeling with schools of colouful fish, visit another island, Ukulhas tour and etc. Boatman so helpful, kindly and patience 🌞

We loved so much our breakfast and dinner especially curry and Maldivian Traditional even though not spicy (because we are Malaysian. Our taste are spicy 😄). My kg increased a lot. Now, i am on diet to reduce back my weight 🫣

Ukulhas has a wonderful house reef next to Bikini beach which is beautiful and plenty of places to sit in the beach in the sun or shade all day. Great access to snorkeling and other water excursions. Other than that, not much to the island. Walked around the whole island and really sad to see how unkept the public areas are. Other than bikini beach and house reef, not much to do.

It’s a nice local island.
It’s a nice local island. It’s clearly very popular, as there are at least four new hotels currently under construction. In the future, the place may lose its local atmosphere and become very touristy. The grocery shops offer only a limited selection of goods, not like what we’re used to in Europe.

I didn't like that the island lost most of it's green and I didn't see the wild nature I prefer. There was a lot of construction going on the moment I was there, I felt discomfort because of that. And maybe in 1-2 years it's going to be over I think. But on the other hand there's just amazing diving on the house reef and nearby reefs. There's a lot of nice restaurants and there was no day I felt bored.

Local island only 80 minutes with speed boat from Male and you can experience local life but also get the relaxed beach feeling. The food was not so expensive, we tried a Thai Restaurant nearby and it was delicious. In Ukulhas you can get beautiful beach with corals and amazing sea life. Excursions was way cheaper than in the resort offer. We had private excursion for manta ray, nurse shark feeding, and coral garden with Ocean Excursions Ukulhas with a very good deal price.

A very nice inhabited island.
A very nice inhabited island. We stayed in a hotel front of the bikini beach, on the tip of the island. Staying in the city or opposite site of the island likely not so good.
Nice diving! even the close reef in front of the harbor (by boat) - was very nice.
Many new hotels under construction unfortunately - so hurry up!

We loved everything, the rooms, the distance to the beach, the common area, each guest gets his sunbed, you can choose breakfast - 3 types, perfectly organized, great communication upon arrival. You have more than you need in the room (e.g. iron) You even have unlimited drinking water! (Not common in Maldives). We always had hot water in the shower.
Ayu is a really good manager, willing to help with anything at any time. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back. We just loved this place.

location excellent right by the bikini beach with sun loungers and beach towels available. staff super helpful and rooms immaculate. Restaurant right by the beach and offered excellent excursions - recommend manta and snorkelling safari. We were first out for mantas and were rewarded by snorkelling with 3 before other boats arrived. on snorkelling safari - swam along some if not the best coral reefs in the Maldives. pristine!

One of the best guest house I've ever been to! Adbulla is an amazing host and with Raji, Musko, the Captain (and other staff) gave a perfect experience of the authentic Maldives. We suggest to follow their tips in order to avoid bad experiences and get only stunning excursions!
