NetherlandsWe booked this hotel last minute because of a road block to San Cristobal. Lady at the desk was more than happy to help and contact our other hotel. The rooms were very modern and spacious, very nice! Good and fast wifi! Including a breakfast buffet with enough options (toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, potatoes, chips, muffins, fresh fruit).
The hotel is right next to the mall, so easy to go there too.

AustraliaLocation is excellent, the town centre is right around the corner but it is very quiet. The hotel seems quite new, room styling and decoration is a bit more personal. Beds are very comfortable. There is secure parking available and the hotel itself has a security guy sitting at the entrance of the hotel the whole time.

Simple room but with all the essentials and extras (tv, soaps, drinking water). Staff was lovely, kept my luggage after check out, provided info useful for my next stop. I would definitely go back.
Comitan is actually very nice, and the hotel is close to the centre, restaurants and nice little squares where you can get a drink and some delicious street food, while enjoying the chilled atmosphere :)

Nice hotel, clean sheets and bathroom, had to ask for towels (they were not at the room but it might be cause of our earlier check in and we thank for that option!), location is perfect - close to main street to colectivos and close to centre and Benito Juarez park, staff responded to all my nerds and questions
