While not far from the city, this peaceful setting surrounded by Kalahari bush is perfect for relaxing. The facilities are beautifully maintained and the design of the rooms is impressive. I can't recommend the breakfast enough, specially try the scrambled eggs. Cecilia took care of us and made sure we arrived safely to our next destination. Watching the wildlife walking just outside of the lodge at sunset was calming as well as opening the curtains at sunrise while having french press coffee in bed on a chill morning.

Beautiful facility just outside Gobabis. The room was as neat and clean as a pin, and we appreciated the personal touch of the chocolate, soap, and insect repellent on the pillowcases! Danie is an excellent host and provided us with everything needed for our braai at the communal facilities. We also enjoyed the well-stocked bar on the premises! Thank you Danie!

I had such a fabulous stay at Blue Olive. There is lots of open seating outside the room with palm trees, for those that love the outdoors. I enjoyed a beautifully relaxing swim on the first day. And, you are treated to a special breakfast each morning. Absolute value for money. I think I found a new home in Gobabis! I highly recommend Blue Olive :).

This lovely guesthouse is very conveniently positioned near the shops in town. It has great secure parking and the room and bathroom were very spacious, well presented with everything we needed. There is a lovely lounge and guest dining room. The breakfast omelette was immense and so flavoursome 👌
