They arranged for both a massage and a city tour on short notice. The room was unique and very comfortable. There is also a resident cat who charms the guests. I would stay here again.

The location was wonderful- central, safe, easily found by cabs, and there was a grocery store within safe walking distance to stock the fridge in my room. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure every need was met with a smile.
The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance was both welcoming and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and style, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Windhoek.
But what truly stood out was the food. The meals were nothing short of spectacular! Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was a delightful culinary experience—flavorful, fresh, and prepared with the highest standards.
The Hilton Garden Inn truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return. If you’re in Windhoek and looking for a place to stay, this is the place!

InDrive in Windhoek makes getting round very easy. However the location markers seem tricky - either drivers can't find you or the time indicated in the App is not correct. Ordering food ahead and going to collect at restaurants made evenings after work very easy. The Col'cacchio restaurant at Grove Mall had a fabulous view of the setting sun over drinks or dinner. Easy to get around as InDrive worked well and no traffic congestion in the mornings. InDrive satellites not accurate for wait times and exact pick up location at times. Be prepared to add a message on exact pick up location. Super clean and very tidy city. Guest houses offer good rates and facilities to counter the pricey hotels. Great choice of restaurants around, especially at Grove Mall near my hotel. Colcacchio has an incredible view of the panoramic sunset skyline - beautiful. Windhoek is a great, small African city.
Windhoek is a great, small African city. It's easy to navigate through if you know just a few key roads, the people are friendly (but they will try to squeeze a bit extra from a foreigner, so just be shrewd), and it's safe. I say this as one coming from South Africa, but it is a lovely, clean African city.
