FinlandJust wow! Let's start with the location: it might look "far from the city", but the new metro line zips you to all key locations in just a few minutes. And if you enjoy biking, the centre is also very close. That aside, the new building is amazing, and we loved the breakfast. But the icing on the cake? The staff. Yannick & his team went beyond the call of duty to make me and my two kids feel welcome, and made sure any problems were sorted out immediately. I can't recommend this place enough!

The architecture is beautiful.
The architecture is beautiful. You have a great choice what to do and to see depending on your preferences. Traveling in winter can be a little harder because of constant rain , it doesn’t stop tourists though. The city center is crowded, as well as museums and main attractions. The prices are rather high. The transport is very efficient. Buy a ticket for 24/48/72 hours and use any type of public transport. The only inconvenience is that you have to do check in and out every time you get on and off the transport. There are plenty of cafes , restaurants, fast food kiosks, especially if n the center. It was hard to find a good supermarket, but it might have been just in my case.

Amsterdam is a beautiful city, its museums are extraordinary, and they alone make it worth a visit.
I also really liked the traditional, narrow, crooked houses, which are very characteristic.
Getting around the city is easy. The center is certainly best explored on foot, but there are also buses, metro, trams, and the ever-present bicycles!

Such a beautiful city. Ideal for walking and exploring during the day and so pretty at night.
Very friendly locals. Fantastic choice of restaurants.
Beware of the bicycles!! They are everywhere and move fast!
Great museums. We visited The Van Goch then went on to the Christmas Market.
You have to taste the Gluwein (mulled wine). Delicious.
If your feet start to complain with all the walking hop on a bus or tram.

Great place beautiful town,buildings, food to die for,lots to do,we went to the upside down museum it was great fun, Heineken museum was great,sex museum was interesting,red light district was good to look around had a few beers in bars around the area, being close to Christmas there were Christmas lights everywhere it looked beautiful very easy to get around most of the time we walked as l enjoyed walking,

The word authentic is in the name of the hotel, and that is exactly what you get. Our room was incredible, featuring an upstairs with extra beds and a basement bathroom with an amazing tub. We had a great time. The hotel was easy to reach and they were super helpful in accommodating my requests related to my wedding.
The location is great, away from the city centre so you can experience the "real" Amsterdam. But still only a short stroll and a tram ride from all major sightseeing locations.

I Stayed at Eden Hotel last week again for Three nights. I always stay here when I visit Amsterdam.
I love it for the Lovely Hotel and Fabulous room, Always so clean and very comfortable.
I slept soundly every night. The Friendly, Polite and Cheerful staff, The perfect location in the City Centre next to the River and shops and Retaurants. In fact everything.

Proximity to Amsterdam Centraal Station and terminal for a number of tram routes. The hotel is also within walking distance of Dam Square/city centre. Beds are comfortable. Buffet offered a wide selection of food of good quality.
