CyprusStaff were extremely nice and helpful. Always with a smile, they'd understand everything we told them and they would do their best. We had some extremely annoying neighbors in the rooms next to us that were constantly drunk, screaming, and hitting the walls, trashing the rooms. But the staff took care of that issue pretty quickly. Room was great, nice big bathroom. Location was great too, right next to an Albert Heijin store. We did not have breakfast at the hotel during our stay but it always looked and smelled good.

Location was very convenient for me. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean with nice view of the park. Lots of hot water for the shower. Breakfast buffet was very nice with hot food although I think a little expensive for the range of food presented. On street parking adjacent to the hotel was free until 10am the following day. The hotel has a restaurant which looked very cosy but unfortunately I could not visit.

I have visited this hotel many times, I have never had any problems, only because of certain visitors who had rooms rented by themselves, and considering that I am of Romanian citizenship, they decided not to give me a room.. The staff is very understanding, I would come back here whenever I have the chance...
