I loved this property. It had a charming interior, beautifully decorated, with a nice large comfortable bed. The choice of coffees for the Nespresso type machine was great and the support received from Evi was excellent. The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was plentiful, good quality ingredients and presented magnificently. (See photo!)

Location is perfect for walking to town, beside trains to go anywhere and good parking next door. Staff are always friendly, food/drinks are good and property is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Frankly, I would stay anywhere else when we are visiting Breda (which we do a lot)

Clean and airy bedrooms with a nice sized bathroom with both shower and bath. The staff are so friendly and offer advice regarding the area and public transport. The breakfast was fantastic. A wonderful array of fresh breads, pastries, meats, cheeses and more. Parking at the recommended carpark was fantastic value at €6, only payable if you move your car and use the tickets available from the hotel reception.

Great location, charming villas. The area (Oosterhout) is quiet and relaxing, and the entire campus is friendly and well-organized. There is a lot of green areas and the golf field nearby is also very nice
