They went above and beyond in helping me track down a lost item and had it shipped to me after I left the city. It was fantastic customer experience and I will surely stay here again in the future.

The interior was so beautiful and stylish, we had an amazing view of the Rotterdam from a huge window and there was a fully equipped kitchen in pantone tones, with free coffee and everything you need to start your day!

Nice town, 2 days is more than enough to visit the city.
Nice town, 2 days is more than enough to visit the city. It's a cute city with a lot of nice buildings to see. The cubic houses are also very nice to visit and see. markthal is also nice for having lunch. Everything can be walked around or with the public transports. There are a lot of em all around the city. The neighbourhood of Delfshaven is also cute. And finally the bridges are cool and we have really good views from them.

Having travelled quite a bit through Europe, I would describe Rotterdam as a mix of New York and Barcelona. It's a busy city with loads of people and traffic, filled with modern buildings and offices, but it still carries the European vibe we're so used to.
People are polite, and you can find English speakers and instructions everywhere, making it incredibly accessible.
Good for solo travellers and groups of friends.

Good town to walk.
Good town to walk. We rode the train from Amsterdam and had no issues. The buses were also good but we walked from the train station to the hotel and to the cruise boat. Their was a grocery store in walking distance along with restaurants. What we saw of the town was clean with little chaos or street issues. There was not a lot of people moving around considering the weather was good.

Not the typical Dutch city, Too modern, too many high square buildings with a lack of charm and coziness. Not really significant sightseeing places to see. The water taxi is annoying - expensive and extreme driving, feeling like you will turn upside down in the water.

I am familiar with the Netherlands, but had never visited Rotterdam. The modern facilities are attractive and well laid out. The older parts of the city have a lot of charm and character. The people are friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying in Rotterdam, it's an extremely clean, modern and beautiful city. We mainly walked and used the tram and metro a couple of times. Public transport is expensive but clean and very efficient, unlike the UK! The roads are quiet and the traffic is very smooth; most main roads have multiple lanes for pedestrians, bicycles, cars and trams. We visited Delfshaven, which is the old neighbourhood, and the main city centre which offers plenty of attractions including the cubic houses and the Markthall, and lots of shops including the beautiful department store De Bijenkorf. One day we took the metro to Den Haag (The Hague) and it only took us 30 minutes to get there. We would love to go back and visit more places in and outside Rotterdam.

The Hotel is a 2 minute walk from Stadhuis metro stop which is on line D&E and from here you are one stop away from Rotterdam Centraal. The hotel is completely contactless meaning you check in and out yourself, staff however are available if you need help and are more than obliging to help. The hotel is nice and clean with the rooms being nice and modern. The price too is not too bad for the Netherlands.

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel is located in the centre of the city where all the action is. The room looked as promised, but a bit cold at the time of arrival. The AC was working so the cold wasn't really that big of a problem. It's a very good choice if you're staying in Rotterdam for about a week. There's plenty of restaurants and bars all around the hotel so you don't have to stress about that.

Hotel location was at the very center of Rotterdam with two metro station nearby and even Rotterdam Centraal Station was located walking distance.
Very friendly staff in the reception and even much friendly staff in the breakfast room. It was my sons first travelling experience and he seems to love every part of staying in this hotel.

We stayed at easyHotel Rotterdam Centre for a weekend and overall had a good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, and the location is excellent — close to all the main spots in the city.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Rotterdam, with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant as well which was good too. The gym is small but functional.
