With a simple but nicely decorated room, enjoyable breakfast and only 5 minute walk to our dinner destination it was perfect. In the morning they were a bit busy getting ready for a wedding but the staff still took care to serve us the breakfast while busy. The building also has nice character.

IndiaThe place is perfectly located in a quiet and calm countryside. The garden is a lovely place to sit or to have breakfast in, with cherry trees and so many beautiful plants around.
The owner is super sweet and gave so many tips for sightseeing. The breakfast each morning is the highlight and I always looked forward to it. The portion was huge enough to keep me full till evening.
Honestly, there couldn't be a better place to stay, when in Netherlands. The place gets a strong recommendation from my side. Would love to come back.

Room spotless, very well appointed with nice furniture/ bedding.
As it's opposite Kirk, clock tower bell chiming could be a problem for some, but i kinda liked it, not overly loud or discomforting.
Restaurant / hotel staff brilliant, timely, courteous, welcoming.
Shower excellent with powerful water pressure, nice toiletries.
Coffee machine a bonus, isn't too regular an occurrence in Holland.
Food excellent, breakfast superb.
All in all, tremendous value for money in such a pretty town which gives off a pleasant vibe.

I spend 10 days travelling, this hotel gave me the best night sleep. The restaurant is good, breakfast splendid (although I did not us much). We could have a meeting in the breakfast room, with reasonable level of privacy.

The location is the best we have gone E karting and like 15 minutes walk from the train station(Schagen)
It is worth a try. Explore Holland it is an experience that you will always cherish. Luv Holland!!!
