The room is very clean, spacious and modern, all the staff is very friendly specially the manager. He is available and accommodating.
The free shuttle from the airport is a big + when arriving to Kathmandu. You find someone waiting for you with your name and the manager contacted me a day before to give me all the details.

ItalyLocation was great, just 15 min from the airport and so close to Thamel. The bed, pillow and room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was yummy every morning. Had the best Newari food-set there, it was simply delicious. Their customer service is excellent, you can tell they are very dedicated to the customers. My room had an amazing hot tub and a beautiful view of the city. Take some time to visit their terrace bar, it is so peaceful and the view is amazing 🤩!!!

At times you could hear other guests moving around outside the rooms, but for the price and location, you couldn’t beat it. Breakfast in the courtyard was delightful. Every single staff member we came across was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

People in Kathmandu are friendly and helpful. The weather was fair for this time of year. A lot to see and take in. Shopping, eating all the very delicious Mo Mo soaking in Jhol. All the Temples, Shrines, breathtaking mountains views, and of course Mount Everest.

Some part of loads were not paved so sometimes like rush hour the air becomes so dusty due to so many cars and buses. Some restaurants would charge some extra fee if you offer to pay by credit card. cash would be better in a local restaurant.

My visit to Nepal was full of beautiful surprises, incredible vistas, and lovely warm people. I would recommend a trip to Nepal to anyone with a keen sense of adventure and anyone wanting a serious change from the Norm. From Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp to Chitwan National Park and finally Pokara you can't ask for a better adventure. I definitely be returning here.

On the first day of Kathmandu in the city bus I was stolen...
On the first day of Kathmandu in the city bus I was stolen money from my poshest. Until that time I had thought that Nepali were honest and diligent. So that I didn’t pay attention to things like having my money stolen on the bus.
On the last day the airport was closed because of the strike, so I had to reschedule my ticket and stay in hotel one night more
The city is so dusty and lots of rubbish.
However, I like the old cultural constructions and festivals.

You have to say No!
You have to say No! Everyone wants you to buy from them but they are used to being rejected. There are some people wanting to talk to you, often wanting to show you their workplaces etc so they can lure you in to buy their wares. Conversations always start with Hello sir/madam. Which country are you from?
However, lovely people and a lo ely place, full of history and religious beliefs.

The best hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks long trip in Nepal. Brand new, with all creature comforts, including lovely bathroom with hot shower, amazingly comfy beds, and delicious breakfast. Location is great for those who are not into all night long parties happening under their window - it is Thamel, but you have to walk a bit to get to the noisy part of it. But it is a very short walk. And the manager and the rest of staff are so helpful and so friendly. Next time we are in Nepal we definitely are going to stay there again.

Superb hotel and very hard to fault. Customer service was easily the best I experienced throughout my 3 months in Nepal, nothing was too much trouble for Raj and David at the front desk. Rooms are big, light and spacious and cleaned daily to 5 star quality. Place is tucked away down a quiter alley in thamel but just a short 2min walk to restaurants and the crazyness of the area. A very good standard breakfast is also included in the price.

The owner or manager explains which tours you can do with them in Nepal.
We did a trekking tour with Santosh who accompanied us from Kathmandu and the whole trekking; recommend to go with Santosh.
The hotel itself is in Thamel and in a quiet street without motos and cars. It has a small garden
Room is cheap but facilities according to the low price.
