MexicoI loved all about this place, the price was excellent, the place is by the sea so it has an amazing view, my room had AC and the swimming pool was big.
Selina offers multiple activities some are for free and some cost you, I took a yoga class and was really good, you can take surfing classes too or just rent a board.
You can bring your own food and store it at a shared kitchen or there’s a restaurant that is really good.
And the first day they even gave me a welcome drink.😁 i would definitely go back.

United StatesDos Mares was the silver lining and shining star to our Panamá trip. The property, rooms and facilities are immaculate. Coffee every morning was a treat and conversation with Chiara (the property manager) was easy, informative, and helpful. After we left the property, we ended up coming back to eat a meal with her and her sweet friend who was visiting from Germany. My dad caught a couple fish so Chiara prepared us a beautiful meal. We should have never left and finished out our Panamá trip at Dos Mares!

If you want a break from the surf beach La Playita resort (just over the hill/down the road from town) has a protected cove with crystal clear waters and white powder sand. The beach was so quiet even though we were there for carnival week. There were lots of restaurants in the hotels further along the beach and in the village which we found to be excellent. Villa marina was a lot quieter than the other areas which we preferred but if you’re after nightlife then further along the beach would be better. I would describe Playa Venao as an oasis.
I would describe Playa Venao as an oasis. My favorite part about my stay was that everyone and everything is walking distance to the beach and each other. The restaurants and grocery are local, which gave me a true taste of Panama. I personally overpacked with clothes, everyone is in their bathing suit all day. I recommend carrying one around always.
