BrazilStaff was very helpful. We had booked for 1 night only, and wanted to extend our staying. Maybe because of the SINULOG festival the hotel was fulled booked, still they managed to accommodate us.
At Fortune Apartelle we had hot water in the shower with decent pressure. Internet conexion was good. In resume, we ended up booking for another 11 days.

United StatesOur room was nice and clean. Close to the airport. The staff were awesome. They opened the door for us as soon as they saw us outside and after check in, one of the staff carried our suitcase to our room . The AC was great! They offered a free shuttle to or from the airport. I was excited for the breakfast, unfortunately we have to check out early and rushed out because we have an early trip to Bohol that is supposedly at 8am but it was changed at six in the morning. While we were checking out the front desk informed me that my shirt was inside out, which was really nice of her and I greatly appreciated it for telling me.

There are so many better places in S/E Asia to go for a nice time at the beach. Mactan is not one of them. I went for the IronMan and would never go for vacation there. Very poor availability of night life, sea and beach are mediocre.

We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi...
We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi from the airport to the accommodation for about A$15. We had a room with a view to the sea, but could also see the housing of the locals, which contrasted to the fancy hotels - so sad to see the living conditions of locals. The area where we stayed was rather quiet and was safe for walking without too much traffic.

Great beaches on Mactan Island. Also some good nearby attractions like Lapu-Lapu statue, Mactown Newtown, 10,000 Roses Cafe.
You will also find more sites in Cebu city like Fort San Pedro, Magellan's Cross, Sto. Nino Church, Temple of Leah, Sirao Flower Garden, Little Kyoto, and Tops Overlook.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been made welcome by the staff. It’s almost just like going to see friends. I am amazed just how many of the staff remember me.
Of course being situated right next to the airport is a huge plus.
I am already looking forward to seeing my friends again in the future

Loved the room and the amenities. The breakfast spread was quite lavish. The beach attached to the hotel was quite nice and was not crowded. The area was also nice with multiple restaurants to eat from. Please note that Mactan is not on the main island. But the city is only a 20 min ride and it costs around 5-10$ to get there by cab.

The room was clean and spacious, but the hotel itself looked run down, quite dark and dodgy. It's very close to the airport but the neighbourhood looks suspicious so you need to take taxi to get there anyway. Very cheap, so good for one night stay in Cebu and go to the nicer places in the island.

Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu – Great buffet breakfast with plenty of options, especially the Cebuano Cuisine Corner. The room was comfy, but the shower leaked and the drainage was clogged. The hotel is a bit old but clean overall.
