GermanyExtremely friendly and kind staff that goes out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room was very spacious, super clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bathroom very nice, water pressure good. The Wifi was the fastest I've experienced in any PH hotel so far. The location is very good also. 7/11 and other convenience stores and food places just next door. An ATM is also just 5 steps beside the entrance. My stay was perfect. 10/10

Taxi price was agreed on and then he changed his mind after we got down the road. He told us to get out of his taxi or pay the extra. Really bad. Looks cleaner and less traffic now a days. The place we stayed can easily access to other places because of the bus routes. We were looking for Nono restaurant but nowhere near so we ended up in the restaurants within the building which is quite reasonable. We visited Baclaran and MOA wishing to visit other places next time. i always have a very comfortable stay at Sheraton Manila Bay in Malate Manila. Unfortunately, on the dates ( 2 days only) that i was there, there was a Typhoon across this region making the weather very uncomfortable and unpredictable.
