Our room has a jacuzzi as we got upgraded, and it was the highlight of our Bohol trip. Truly a dream place and the price is worth it. Right next to the beautiful alona beach. And lastly, the hotel staff are really nice and definitely five star service from them.

MalaysiaI had an amazing stay at this resort! The service was top-notch—the staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious enough for 4 people, offering all the comfort we needed. Everything exceeded my expectations!
The breakfast was à la carte, and the food was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the in-house restaurant's pizza so much that we ate it twice! The prices were very reasonable, making the experience even better.
One of the standout moments was how accommodating the staff were. We had an early ferry to catch, and when I asked for a takeaway breakfast the night before, they prepared it for us early in the morning. Their attention to detail and customer service truly impressed me.

PhilippinesEverything is just WOW in this private little paradise. We feel so lucky to be one of the first few guests since it recently opened. The facilities are pristine, the surroundings are gorgeous, the service is impeccable (I forgot something in the bar area, and the staff went to our room to return it). I especially liked the interiors because they're so spacious and well-thought-out. I had to take lots of pics because our room had EXACTLY what I wanted for my own house: nook seating, open shelving, multifunctional built-in console tables... Just smart and stylish!

AustraliaWow! This resort was amazing and perfect for our family with two small children. Personally, my experience of this place was of a five-star resort because of the amenities, the views, the room and the customer service. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.
The pool was so great that we did not spend much time at the beach despite the beach being only a 1 minute walk from the resort. The pool area also had a kids section and a spa.
Some features worth mentioning are:
- we were in room 304 which had a perfect view of the pool and beach.
- thick double glazed windows meant that we couldn't hear much of the pool noise.
- A great breakfast buffet spread. Offerings of traditional filipino dishes and non-filipino dishes
- Great resort restauarant. The menu identified which meals had gluten, meat, etc.
- a nearby quiet beach which is much less crowded than Alona beach.
- daily room clean available.
- in house laundry available, but pricey. There is a local laundry near the 7eleven which is so much cheaper, and they provide same day service.
- airport pickup and drop off available for a fee.
- life guards at the pool.
- food and drinks service available at the pool.
- complimentary pool towels available.
- Queen beds are super comfortable.
- there are a handful of near by restaurants within the Moadto complex.
- nearby 7eleven to get bottled water chocolates, etc.
- ATM available.
- the fireworks during NYE was very impressive

SingaporeThe very best resort experience we have had on Panglao in my 20 years of coming here. This place is exceptional. Location location location. Stunning rooms. A beach, with views to die for. Sunsets like you've never seen. There's sea activities if you want or just chillax in the multiple pools or topaz sea with talcum sand. The bar is incredible. The amphitheatre pool is just quirky. This has become THE place to stay for 1-3 nights if you're visiting Panglao, Bohol.

The property is far enough away from the main area that it’s quiet and peaceful, but a short enough walk away (around 12 mins) to the beach and all the hustle and bustle.

We have not maximized our Panglao trip but since we rented an Oceanview room, we get all the sea energy we needed haha. Virgin Island was also close during our stay so we have to come back for that some other time. Beach in general is perfect especially Alona Beach side.

Panglao was nice and we did some great scuba diving (highly recommend Sierra Madre Divers - Cynthia was the best dive guide!) from here but I think there are much nicer islands/places to visit for other activities. In all fairness, our 2nd tour of the island got canceled due to weather so we ran out of time to see more of the island.

I like the people of Panglao and the places.
I like the people of Panglao and the places. We feel at home away from real home.Feeling of confident walking in the roads and markets.Specially the beaches..My family love the Alona ambiance.And been to Moadto Strip which has a nice free beach.And for our transportation we always book for Romelle and Edzel recommended by Nilo the property manager.

Bohol is an incredibly beautiful destination, and I would love to come back and explore more of what it has to offer. It's not just the stunning beaches — the hills, mountains, and natural scenery are equally breathtaking.
Unfortunately, our stay was quite short, and the inclement weather limited our plans even more. We didn’t get to fully experience everything, but what we saw left a lasting impression.
We’re definitely planning to return — there's so much more to discover in this amazing place.

It's less crowded place compared to other popular islands in the Philippines, that makes it more relaxing. Snorkling at napaling Reef was amazing. It's a must do. The mountainside tour is also recommended. ATV ride in the mud was the most enjoyable. We had a tour from panglao to oslob. It's almost 9 hours tour but mostly traveling. It's tiring and I would say it's not worth the 30mins swim with the whale shark. Panglao is very popular for diving. A lot of people come here to learn/ to do scuba dive. The reefs and the variety of sea life were amazing, we even saw sea turtles and sea snake. 😍

I loved staying here so much!!!
The owner, Marisol, is such an amazing person. She organized activities and tours for me and the other guests while I was staying. There was a scooter available for me to rent during my stay at a good price. The room was very comfortable and the whole hotel was always kept clean and tidy. All of the staff were lovely and always happy to help with anything they could.
Great location with Alona beach and plenty of good restaurants in easy walking distance.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Bohol.

Love our stay! Ambiance, amenities, staff, and food. Amazing! We will definitely recommend it to our families and friends who will go to Bohol. It is situated around 8 mins walk to the beach but they have a free shuttle every hour and the driver is always on time! The staff is always smiling and very approachable. The room and the place itself are clean and smell nice. The pool is of great depth. Breakfast is lit!

Moana resort the place to stay in Panglao!
The staff are so friendly and helpful! The rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. There is restaurant, a pool and one of the best dive centres in the island!
The location is great, away from the noise of Alona beach, quiet, but less than a 5 minute e trike away.
Highly recommended!

Lovely big, comfortable and clean rooms in a relaxing setting with a nice and quiet pool. Location is good, just a 15 - 20 minute walk to Alona whilst being far enough out to escape the noise. The hotel also provide a useful shuttle to Alona beach when needed.

Great place to stay! So comfortable. Great location too…a very short walk to the gorgeous beach! Pool great too. We didn’t eat dinner there (kitchen closes at 7, so a bit early for us)…best place for food on the beach was at Bohol Beach Resort. Other places not so good and more expensive.
