CanadaMy girlfriend stayed there for 2 months after a surgery and they did everything they could to make her stay as much as comfortable. She was very happy and wanted to stay more but unfortunately my budget cannot afford.
The staff are super polite, the do a very good cleaning and they make sure you have have everything you need.
Comparing with other hotels they have a very cheap price (less than half percent comparing with similar hotels), I recommend booking in advance otherwise you won't find rooms available.
The mattress was too good, I used to complain to my girl for sleeping too much like 12-13 hours :)
I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, you won't regret staying there.

United StatesThis was my first visit to the Philippines. This hotel is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo City. There is a pool and free breakfast was available at a little cafe next store. The hotel had WiFi as well. The room was clean and comfortable, but what stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Celine and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant.

United StatesThis boutique of a hotel is a hidden gem in the busy and buzzing town of Olongapo City. The location of the hotel cannot be any more perfect if you are looking to explore the city, as it is near many of the landmarks in Olongapo. A few of my favorite things at Subic Residencias is that the cleanliness of the place is incomparable! I have stayed at plenty of upscale hotels in SBMA, and let me tell you, they cannot compare to the high standard of cleanliness that SR delivers. Another great thing about this hotel is the amazing, professional, and friendly staff. Check-in experience is always a breeze, and any additional needs of their guests are always attended to. Lastly, the safety and security of the building is superb. There is a dedicated security guard who is always on watch and the front desk staff is always present as well. Overall, it is always a pleasure to stay at this hidden gem of a place.

The room is clean and very comfortable to stay for vacation. The owner and staffs are very accomodating. Everything in the room is useful for family and friends who are on vacation. We will book this room again. Its better than a hotel.
