Very convenient if you travel through the Poland (A4) and you want to stay for 1 night. Close to highway, but not nosy. And very clean. Free parking on the hotel territory. Also there 24 h reception desk which is also so comfortable - you can check in (check out) any time without any problem. In the room included tee and coffee bags.
The only thing that breakfast on weekends start a bit late (at 8:00) for my opinion. So, if you want to drive again from early morning- breakfast is not available before 8:00. That’s not a big deal but, just keep this in mind.

It is a beautiful, clean, and quiet city near Katowice in German style almost at the cross of A4 and A1 highways. Center\downtown is a typical Polish historical district with buildings mainly from the 1900 years. It deserves a few days to walk in the center, visit Palmarnia, the wooden radio tower, and the Villa Cairo museum.

Well- if you are coming here its probably not because of hunt for beautiful views or splendid architecture. It's not a world class tourist hub- just a little, kinda sleepy city. Do not take me wrong- there is nothing bad about it, it has its own, german-ish charm, nice restaurants, pleasant town square and is quite well connected- you should not be disappointed, just do not expect too much and you will be fine.

The hotel is quite a big villa, and located in the residential area next to the forest. It is about 30 min walk from the Gliwice train station and not at all far from the old town of Gliwice.
The staff working there is amazing, the host Richard has told me a few interesting stories about the history of Gliwice, which was great!
The rooms are clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was tasty as well.

General feel to the property, the comfort of sleep, the location and beautiful views overlooking the church and market square. Well equipped, radio in the toilet added relaxation factor. Easy access to the flat (keyless, code operated). Very comfortable bed and spacious bedrooms. Excellent WiFi signal. We've stayed in several flats in Gliwice and this one is the one I'd return to.
