They also arranged for us nice little surprise to celebrate double birthday. I highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again when in Krakow.

The staff was so attentive, everyone was ready to help all the time and they were very polite.
The room was not just clean, it was spotless.
It was also really comfortable. Of course, the bed was huge and very soft, but you also have nice chairs where you can enjoy some drinks with your partner, there's a writing desk where you can work if you need to and you have an iron and an ironing board so you can iron your clothes in the comfort of your room.
I also loved the restaurant. The breakfast is excellent - anything you may wish for is there. Everything we tried on the menu was very delicious and with good quality. And there's a good selection of drinks to pair your food with.
To top it all off, the WiFi connection was perfect, which is never the case in hotels.
Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the spa, but I am confident it would have been just as good as everything else.
If I am ever in Kraków again, I will not hesitate to book the same hotel.

They cleaned the room every day while we were away and made the beds.
I asked for a different pillow and they brought me one the same day.
It is not in the center of the town but you can get there by tram in 12 minutes ( 7 stops).
The tram stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
The Italian restaurant Pino at the hotel is excellent and there are two more restaurants and coffee shop and bar which is very convenient.
A plus is the huge gym and the swimming pool which you don't get easily in hotels in the center of the city.

Krakow old town is stunning. You'll never go too long for a coffee, more coffee shops than Starbucks.😄and the old square hosting the Christmas markets, never seen so many beautiful trees and decorations. Traditional Polish costumes, choirs galore, all went to make krakow a great experience.

We stayed at Katowice and Krakow.
We stayed at Katowice and Krakow. Krakow is a much larger city and has a lot more to see and do. We went to Auschwitz one day, salt mines another, and Christmas markets in evening. There was still plenty more to explore in this area and convenient access beyond Krakow due to transportation and trains. The city was very nice and safe and clean.

Beautiful place with a lot of history. We did the Auschwitz tour which was very sombre but interesting. We did a river cruise on the night that we had pre-booked but in hind sight should have left this till the day at this time of the year December) as it was foggy and we couldn't see anything.
There a lots of places to eat and drink and the Xmas markets are lovely

The food is of a really high standard overall. We ate in one place twice in one day, called Amalia on the main square. Super super place for both local polish dishes and fish n chips burgers etc. My 3rd time in Krakow and most certainly not the last. Friendly people, lots to do and all fairly cheap.

We stayed in Krakow in December for 4 days. This gave us ample time to visit the Salt mines, which were amazing, Schindler's Factory museum, the Christmas Market and to walk around the city enjoying the sights and sounds on offer, at a manageable pace, with a few breaks in between.
The atmosphere in December was just perfect and although the market was busy, it was a wonderful experience.
Upon arrival we had hot chocolate and Apple pie at 'Wife and Husband café', a beautiful evening meal at 'The Indian Gate' and a delicious lunch at 'Nap Nap Café' (although there were queues to get in here each day)
Chimney cake has become my new favourite thing, and we did try pierogi which tasted better that it looked.
Our visit to the Salt mines was definitely the highlight of our trip.

This hotel is in a fully and sympathetically renovated mansion / villa style building. It has its own secure private parking to the rear which for once was large and roomy. The staff were friendly helpful and professional it was nice to be greeted with a warm smile after a long drive. The hotel is right on the edge of the city centre only a short 5 minute walk away. The hotel is close to a railway line but as the renovation was professionally done it was very quiet and peaceful. A great place to stay in Krakow

The apartments was modern, very clean and a good size and located in a traditional apartment block, which was quaint. The apartment is located approximately a 10 minute walk from Krakow Old Town main square and a 20 minute walk from Galeria Krakowska which is both a modern large indoor shopping centre but also houses the central train station. The apartment was also very quiet. Despite my comments below, I would book it again.

We have stayed at Old Market Residence in Krakow twice, and both experiences were excellent. The location is extremely convenient — the train station, the Old Town, and the main square are all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very easy and comfortable, with no issues at all. We truly enjoyed our stays and definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious third floor room in a beautiful hotel just off the main square in the old town of Kraków. The location is excellent with restaurants, cafes and shops within 5 to 10 minutes' walk, and the train station and Wawel Hill within around 20 minutes' walk. The staff were helpful, and the spa and rooftop views were excellent.
