SingaporeStaff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia.
Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

The staff at the hotel were particularly commendable for their friendliness and attentiveness. Their approach to service was warm and accommodating, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of my visit. The hotel offers breakfast, which I found to be quite satisfying. The quality of the food was good, providing a pleasant start to each day. It was a enjoyable meal that catered well to the start of a busy day exploring Koror.
