The staff is magnificent - they waited us until 3 AM (delay at the border) and then allowed us to stay in the room until 2 PM next day - so we could recover. In the morning the lady at the reception helped us to book a tour in the city hall. Free parking available, the city center is 5 minutes by foot.

Hosts are very nice and polite but do not speak English well.
The site is more like apartments in the maze-floored building, with a large terrace on the ground floor (play area or so) and some connected offices around (empty at the moment).
Most likely there would be a restaurant in the future or shops. There is a sitting area in the lobby for eating own-brought food and drinks, for now.
A Chinese restaurant with local prices and regular varieties is just across the street, as well as homemade pie, pastry and sweet shops, grills, fast food, supermarkets, general Chinese appliance stores, the main square nearby with cafes and restaurants, etc.
General transportation is just around the corner for distant areas or connections to general attractions, including Palic's Lake (use bus line 6 within a timetable at some stations, mostly twice hourly up to Palic's Tower, reaching it in half an hour).
Do not forget to take a photo of your room number; keys might not have any numbers assigned.
Have in mind this complex is not a hotel, so amenities and services are exceeding expectations, but do not feel like you are looking for a personal concierge, as the concept is not the same.
Highly recommended place to stay!

Grad je divan, arihtektura ostavlja bez daha, imate utisak da ste u mnogo većem evropskom gradu. Definitivno grad sa najviše zelenila u kome sam bio, nema ulice koja nema drvored. Obavezno treba otići i na Palić.

City of Subotica has a long and rich history.
City of Subotica has a long and rich history. It has a lot of monuments, beautiful building, a lot of nice streets for casual city stroll, beautiful restaurants and it's close to Palić. You can also visit Vinarija Zvonko Bogdan and if you previously booked wine tasting tour it can be a very pleasant experience. There is also a lot of beautiful nature scenery where you can go and just relax.

It is an interesting city with much green, beautiful buildings, rich cultural heritage. We were especially interested in the art nouveau buildings. Lots of the buildings can be seen from inside. The city museum is also very enjoyable. Good cafes, nice walks, pleasant stay for several says. To visit Palic is an extra, don't miss it.

It’s an interesting place, the building looks like a castle, the room was huge with a beautiful terrace. Although the furniture is old, it is visible that many years ago it was a luxury hotel, it still has spirit of luxurious. Looks like nowadays there are not many visitors, there were just couple of more cars at the parking. The hotel is living the hard time now, which is absolutely pity, because it’s wonderful, just needs some investment.

The most incredible part was a breakfast! The hotel makes it in a half of hour before the usual scheduled time to help runners to be prepared for the run. It is the touch I dream in every hotel: the guest and their needs are the priority. Great job! The best practice! With that the room was good and nice, the bed was great, the lights are nice, TV is ok (rarely someone mention it).

Modern and clean apartments. Comfortable and practical. The sofa splits, convenient if there are three of you. Comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The shower has excellent water pressure, there is a washing machine. Private parking on site. Subotica is a small town, we walked everywhere, everything is close. Very hospitable house and hostess
