Check-In: The check-in process was quick, and we were given our room keys in no time. A big thank you to Mohanad for his warm welcome.
Service: A special shoutout to Ibrahim, who helped us with our luggage. He was extremely helpful and polite, and even my children remembered him from last year as he took the time to play with them.
Room: Our room was clean, spacious, and very welcoming—a perfect retreat after a long journey.
Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of food from around the world, with a special kids’ section that made it even more enjoyable. We never had to wait for food to be prepared, and the waiting staff, chefs, and cleaners were always happy to assist.
Lobby: The lobby is incredibly relaxing with its cozy lighting and delightful fragrance. Traditional Arabic coffee, water, iced tea, and dates were always available, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.
A true 5-star hotel. Thank you to every member of the team for making our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely visit again!

The Holy City
This holy city is located in western Saudi Arabia and is also known as Makkah. It is one of the Five Pillars of Islam to make a pilgrimage here, and therefore is a destination for millions of Muslims each year. I visited during regular school days and outside of Ramadan, so please be sure to check Saudi school holidays and the Ramadan period, as shuttle buses—and even hotel services—may struggle with the increased number of guests during peak times. This applies to all hotels in the area. The shuttle driver also mentioned that the drop-off point is further away during Ramadan.

Not recommended to stay at address hotel. Other options best double tree by Hilton or Hiltons chain

This was an absolutely breathtaking experience for us, so spiritual and blissful. In all my travels in life I have never seen such a noble and majestic place. All thanks to AllahSWT for his calling.You have to be there to absorb and understand it. I am very happy to speak for the Saudi authorities in the running and organisation of the place They were very helpful and understanding despite their very demanding tasks in controlling and handling hundreds of thousands pilgrims on a daily basis. Very professional and dedicated, impressive on how smooth things were run. This is how you leave a good impression on people.

Being in Makkah Al Mukarama is honour and gift from Allah. This was my fourth time I have been Makkah and inshallah I will be going there till my last day of my life I'd Allah allows me.
Everytime I go to Makkah and Madinah, I utilise my time and dedicate if to worshiping Allah.

I checked in afted 3 and went to my parents hotel near Haram (Anjum) came back at 1:30 am.
Not even a bottle of water available in the room
Quite shocking
When I called at night for water
The reception gave to some guy from Bangladesh and I told him I want water and a dental kit .
Without answering he disconnected the call and never showed up
It's so embarrassing if you can't provide at least tell us 😞
Hotel is good Rooms are very spacious but the staff behaviour at night 1:45 am was pathetic

Hotel was so good, amazing cleaning, food buffet perfect. But far from Haram but they give shuttle but shuttle drop you also far from the entrance. If they drop you near haram then it will be super good, but at the moment you have to walk a lot to shuttle from haram.
