Sometimes you forget how good and kind people can be — and then someone like Richard (Richard and Isabel are the owners) comes along and reminds you.
I arrived early at 08:00, before check-in time, after a long night train. I was tired, confused, and had many concerns about my ski plans (we dont ski in Israel, and it was my first time). Then I met Richard at the reception. He noticed my stress and calmly said, "Why don’t we start with breakfast? Allow me to take care of your belongings untill the room is ready."
He truly wrapped me in care and kindness — and it meant the world to me.
All my questions were answered by Isabel, who gave me great recommendations and guidance. Richard shared helpful ski tips, and I even received a lovely Easter gift — a small egg filled with chocolates.
The place itself is very clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the only downside is the distance to the ski area, which can be a bit challenging.
To summarize — I 100% recommend this place.
A huge thank you to Richard and Isabel for being the difference.

Very beautiful place. Weather was different than in Stockholm. Rain and sunlight and wind . Nature and hills were very nice. We enjoyed a lot. Warer falls and cable car experience was fantastic. Tittli in Switzerland feelings.

I love to ski at Åre and go annually.
I love to ski at Åre and go annually. The mountain is excellent with a large variety of terrain. I mostly ski advanced terrain but there is also a nice mix of intermediate and beginner slopes. For advanced skiers, head to the VM:8. Its worth trying Duved for Intermediates and Björnen for the beginners. I usually go on the train from Stockholm which is very convenient and fast to go city center to town center. It's really nice to stay in Åre By where there are restaurants and stores. Apres ski at Fjällgården and Årehyddan are great as is the atmosphere at Broken.

Very clean, very comfortable and extremely friendly, polite and warm personnel. Everything is high-quality made, it is visible that a lot of money and especially love was invested in the facility. Isabel and Richard are the most warm and most welcoming people I have ever met. Will definitely stay there when we will be in Åre again.

Really close to the race arena lift, check in and check out are super easy, beds very comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. There is a locker next to the station to leave the luggage before checking in, which we really appreciated
