My family and I booked the executive suite for a single night as we were leaving for the airport early morning. The hotel was perfect.
They took care of booking taxis for us to the airport, and called us to make sure it was all ok.
The room was spacious and clean, the water was warm and room amenities all worked.
It's difficult to find a room that sleeps four well but this was just superb.
We will be back!

SingaporeCheck-in was smooth and the receptionist spoke basic English. The room has all the usual basic amenities: 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 bottles of shower gal, 2 bottles of shampoo, cotton buds, shower cap, 5-6 hangers, hair dryer, 2 bedroom slippers, mini fridge, kettle and 2 cups. 4 comfortable pillows and clean sheets. Perfect for my 1-night stay. The air-conditioning was strong and cooled the room fast (but you can turn up the temperature or switch to fan mode if you are afraid of the cold). WiFi in the room was stable and fast. The neighbourhood was quiet for the night I stayed and I had a good rest. There is a security guard at the entrance who is actively doing his work, checking on cars that stopped at the entrance and greeting us when we returned to the hotel past midnight (in short, I felt safe!) There was a male receptionist at the front desk at night too. There is a well stocked 7-11 just across the street. I'll be returning if I were to visit Khon Kaen again!

I had been trapped in Khon Kaen for about 2 years during Covid when Australia would not allow citizens to return. I made many friends there and really got to like the place and its people. Now I revisit it about 3 times a year.

Located in the North East, it is a gorgeous burgeoning city that while decent sized, doesn't feel too big like Bangkok. The warmth of the Isaan people is palpable. Plenty of rural traveling there & a few outstanding gold courses.

The terrace on 8 floor, big enough with 3 tables, 12 chairs and overlooking the lake and park, very nice, which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The gym is next to the terrace! The Central Plaza mall is 15 minutes taxi ride. The mall is very nice with 5 floors, got most of things you need, my favorite of the mall is Food Park on the 4th floor, anything you want to eat and very good, very affordable if you are Westerners, very spacious sitting areas. The restrooms are very clean, plenty, easy to locate.

I liked Khon Kaen because I felt it was a pleasant Thai town in the provinces. When I travel, I tend to like typical or second-tier towns more than towns that are more famous and attract lots of tourists. I enjoyed eating at the night market. I am interested in the typical food that typical Thais enjoy. People were friendly toward me, perhaps because I appreciate the local cuisine and the atmosphere of their town.

We were travelling into Laos, so decided to stay in Khon Kaen. The best area for tourists is the walk along the side of the river which is quite nice, there are a few bars and restaurants for tourists there but that's about all we found.

I had a fantastic stay at the Kisa Hotel! The highlight of my day was definitely the swimming pool, where I had a wonderful time teaching my girlfriend to swim. The room was top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was a real treat, offering a delightful variety of both Thai and Western dishes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

First impression of the hotel was it was welcoming, had an instant good feel to it during the check in process.
Overall It well exceeded any expectations that we would expect of properties in this price range. That included breakfast buffet with good choice of European and local foods. It was a modern place that matched the go ahead nature of Khon Kaen
