The staff arranged for the sister company to assist with the room availability and managed to get a like for like room for us. IrelandCheck in was a simple enough process even when I arrived at 20:00 in the evening it was no problem.
The location was excellent and close to all the essential places shops,cafes restaurants to eat. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was nice and was served between 6am and 10am.
The room was cleaned everyday and the linen was changed and plenty of blankets on the bed to keep you warm because it is winter time at the moment. Nice bonus is the air conditioner that had a heat setting to allow hot air to bring the temperature up in the room.

Sfax is a wonderful city.
Sfax is a wonderful city. If you have time and can get to the good restaurants and shops. Tonton food place is terrific and walking distance. The traffic is a little bit on the busy side but after all it is a business / working city so it’s expected ( just be careful ). Also if you are a animal lover and just want to kill some time or take children there is a zoo close by. There are a lot of make up shops and some very nice clothing shops I would recommend Zen in particular for clothing & happiness for make up. However if you go into the old town there are even better.
