Polandgreat service very helpful maybe because we were there in the rainy season so there were fewer visitors but in fact there were probably more receptionists and cleaners than people in the hotel, this resulted in a very complex factory even royal treatment of hotel visitors, staff very helpful my wife had a stomach ache on the last day they advised and gave medicines from the pharmacy in the price we received a massage, highly recommended

We explored Paje, Mtende, Kizimkazi, Kendwa and even the famous Nakupenda sandbank, and while each had its charm, nothing compared to the beauty right outside our resort. Our stretch of beach felt like our own private paradise, complete with its own natural sandbank and not a single crowd in sight. It was perfect. The staff and Maasai security around the hotel make the difference in your stay. This is a place we want our family and friends to experience over and over again. Our hearts are so full from the amazing experience we got to have for the 8 nights we stayed here. We are just simply blown away. Having travelled all over the world, this place now sits at the top of our best holiday experiences. Asante sana! tuonane hivi karibuni!
We have managed to come away with some amazing moments and memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. The place is stunning, with the sunrise in the morning making you think, “Why can’t I have this all the time?” That thought just carries on throughout the day whilst having your breakfast as you look across the sea, quietly smiling inside about the experience and feeling.
This continues in the afternoon when low tide arrives and the water recedes far from the shore, exposing the seabed and starfish. Our time here was not only enhanced by this experience, it was amplified by the quality of the people we met, and the joy they infused into our days. They were just wonderful.
So to: Alice, Canny, Antony, Sulemani, Mina, Godfrey, Sagida, Rahema, Chen, Bashari,Ikram, Fatma, Esther! Thank you.
Lastly, to Dheerendra, it was equally a joy to meet you. You have done an amazing job assembling a magnificent team of people, and we look forward to seeing you all again.

JordanI truly enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the restaurant was delightful, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the location was perfect—very close to everything I needed.
I greatly appreciate all the arrangements that were thoughtfully prepared and organized by Mariam. A special thanks as well to Mr. Ahmed for his warm hospitality and valuable advice, which made my experience even more memorable.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would be very happy to return.

Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Keith, the head chef, for always having great suggestions for our meals and being so welcoming. Also to Isaac, Alpha, Abdella, Stella, Harry, and Ahmed for being so helpful and considerate whenever we had any questions, or were enjoying the pool, restaurant, or in-unit service!
My wife and I came here to relax for our honeymoon prior to going on a Safari on the mainland and this was the perfect place for that. We did the all-inclusive package which was well worth it in our opinion. If I could rate this place 11 out of 10 I would. I would recommend this resort to anyone and would love to come back one day.

I loved the Fish Market restaurant and kept going back.
Amazing blue sea, powder soft sand and great location for sunset.

There are a lot of hidden costs when coming to Nungwi.
There are a lot of hidden costs when coming to Nungwi. If you book any excursions, be prepared to pay double what you book for as they add on conservancy and entry fees on top. The beaches are not the crystal clear blue that you think. The beaches are highly affected by the tides. When it is low tide the beach is covered with seaweed and the water is too far out for you to swim. You only get to swim for a few hours a day when it is in high tide. If I were booking to come back to Zanzibar, go to Paje!!

I loved everything about this place including night...
I loved everything about this place including night performances during supper. It is so easy to get to different places with taxis that are always waiting outside and the drivers are so friendly and always ready to drive you around any destination

The village was very nice.
The village was very nice. The beach is nice but you need to keep in mind the tides, because the sea shifts a lot throughout the day.
We rented a bike but turns out it wasn’t necessary because the 2 nicest beaches Nungwi and Kendwa are close and the rest of the places you have to go by organised tours. We did most of them and all of them were truly amazing! I would visit Zanzibar again.

As SA travellers the people on the beach can be a bit much - but again you are interacting with other cultural - which is wonderful. Became friend with Daniel a Messai and will keep touch. The Zanzibar are warm honest people. I loved the Jumbo while walking along the beach

The vibes are great — everything you need is nearby, including shops, restaurants, and tour offices.
Restaurants on the beach tend to be a bit pricey, but if you take a short walk into the side streets, you’ll find places offering the same quality food at much more reasonable prices.
What I didn’t like were the beach boys — they’re nice and friendly, but can be a bit annoying as they keep trying to sell things. They’re not too pushy, but it’s hard to relax when someone approaches you every couple of minutes. The only time you can truly enjoy some peace is early in the morning.
Important note : you have to strongly negotiate the prices and people are very nice and easy going
Try to learn few words from their language they will be super happy :)

First, thanks to everyone who greeted us at check-in. All staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is the best, only half minute away from the best beach in Zanzibar
Breakfast was amazing. Check out time was 11:00am , we emptied the room on time and went to the beach, but when we came back, they let us take shower before we leave the hotel. Thanks a lot, team. Wish you all the best. Recommend to everyone!

Location is very convenient for the beach, the rooms are basic, staff are very friendly and lovely ! But few issues made my stay not so enjoyable, first the WiFi only works in certain parts of the accommodation, needs to have a better ceiling fan or AC as it’s very hot in Zanzibar, loads of lizards and insects around the rooms, Papaya has some room to grow to shine be a 5* accommodation

we were at all the restaurants from both hotels and the dishes was very delicious.
don’t believe that someone criticize the hotel, this is value for money. Don’t forget that you are in Zanzibar and what is behind the walls of the hotel.
