I've been traveling to Branson since the eighties. I always liked the music theaters . I'm a bit disappointed because the choice isn't what it used to be. Music founded the entertainment , now it is fading ! We loved the Bells my Brothers at the MansionTheater.
We enjoyed Mel's Diner. The food was great and had entertainment as we ate!

The diverse selection of shows was amazing and enjoyed every one of them we seen. Traffic was very easy to navigate and only takes a few minutes to depart from the parking lots of the shows. Didn't get to see everything we wanted to, so we are coming back!

Branson is a tourist city.A traffic tip, use the Red, blue and yellow routes. Something for the whole family. Great fishing and water sports around Table Rock Lake. Check out the surrounding towns Kimberling City, Branson West, Springfield every type and price range of places to stay camping, cabins, hotels, air B&Bs. Amusement parks: Silver Dollar City, White Water park with water slides, tube rides, wave pool, lazy river a great family place. At various area locations there are several putt- putt golf courses, as well as regulation golf courses, zip line and multiple music and variety shows and shopping. Enjoy the wonderful outdoors drive to Dogwood Canyon for nature tram rides, rent bikes or just walk the paths. Do check out Branson and the Table Rock area for you next adventure. Springfield/Branson airport is just an hour drive away.

We couldn't find a good review on any local steak houses in the area.
Top of the rock was a 3 hour wait for golf cart the first day we went so we had to go back the next day and it was only a 45 minute wait.

Silver Dollar City was crowded the day we went.
Silver Dollar City was crowded the day we went. The traffic in was backed up but, honestly, moved fairly decently. We visited the Aquarium, the go-carts and Dixie Stampede.
I was a bit disappointed in some of the restaurants. Service was slow or non-existent and at a few I felt like I was disrupting their day.

There is plenty to do for all ages.
There is plenty to do for all ages. Getting around is difficult. Heavy traffic, steep hills and only center turn lane that you needed to use to make left turns out of parking lots to merge with on coming cars.

Location was great for going to the different areas within Branson. Better deal than a hotel for a family with more than 4 people. Unit has the needed cooking supplies for cooking a few meals instead of always going out to eat.
