the Reciption staff was amazing and more than excellent specially Mr. Mostafa he was awesome if I come back again this may because I want to have friendly conversations and good time again, moreover the cleansing was perfect and room service came everyday and the breakfast was simple but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and 2 minutes away from metro station and bus.

United StatesReally great proximity to the D train (Bay 50 St), which takes you directly to the “touristy” spots of Manhattan. As a group of three young females traveling, we chose to take an Uber from the train station late at night as an extra caution, though we felt quite safe walking to and from the train during the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, no matter the time of day — I cannot say enough nice things about them! The building is well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value, especially around the holidays. The free parking was also a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent, reasonably priced, hotel.

United StatesAs a solo traveler, i got a pod just enough space for bed and shower area but has a huge window facing to the street and it did not feel closed up. Clean so far, linens and enough towels. The rooftop garden was a plus, had coffee up there in the morning! And their hotel walls have climbing real plants! Would love to stay here again in my next NY trip.

The Giant of New York
Immortalized in popular music, culturally diverse Brooklyn has achieved almost legendary status. On the western end of Long Island, across the East River from Manhattan, this huge NYC borough is so densely populated that if it were its own city, it would rank as the 4th largest in the US!
The borough is connected to Manhattan by 3 bridges: Williamsburg, Manhattan and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. It's also connected to Staten Island by the lengthy Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Ocean-going liners pass under here before docking at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal in Red Hook. To the northeast, Brooklyn Bridge Park has some of the best views of the Manhattan skyline, while southeast is the huge Prospect Park.
On one edge is Brooklyn Museum, the country’s 2nd largest art gallery, and just behind is the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens whose cherry trees bloom a vibrant pink. To the east are some hotels near JFK Airport, and there are more in neighboring Queens.
At Brooklyn’s southernmost tip, Coney Island’s historic boardwalk has appeared in several films. Renovations are underway to bring it back to its former glory, and the revamped Luna features a historic wooden roller coaster. Also historic is the northern Greenpoint district with its elegant 19th-century houses.

Need to stay at more places and explore more around Brooklyn, mainly explored Manhattan rather than Brooklyn so cannot say much for now. Can only say that DUMBO is an amazing place and everyone that can visit there should visit.

Wonderful place to walk around. Food is amazing. Walking the Promenade is over the op. Go down to the pier and catch a ferry for a terrific Manhattan view. Stop at Governor's Island and tour the old fort. Back in Brooklyn walk along the river catching views of all the converted piers. Loads to see, bring good walking shoes. That Brooklyn Bridge will get you into another world.

We were in Brooklyn for my daughter's wedding.
We were in Brooklyn for my daughter's wedding. It was at a great Italian restaurant called Aurora. There's a nice park called Domino park just down 2 blocks next to the water where we took pictures at.

Brooklyn is a beautiful, lively, friendly borough in NYC. I love the areas of Carroll Gardens, Park Slope and Windsor Terrace and Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Museum.

The ferry around Brooklyn into NYC is a must. Great restaurants and people. Loved it. So much to do. So much nightlife, so many parks. And be sure to check for local events while youre in town. We saw great concerts for free.

The room was clean and spacious. It had a mini fridge, a small balcony and the towels in the bathroom were good quality. The bed was big & comfortable. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the New York ferry transport system (GreenPoint). It was easy to getto DUMBO n the Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast but as we dont eat much for breakfast we went to local cafes nearby which were very good and reasonably priced. The area is residential and quiet. There is a supermarket nearby.

The Pod Brooklyn is in a great area with fabulous independent shops, cafes and restaurants! Small is beautiful with The Pod and the beds are so comfortable- loved it and will be back! The hotel is near the North Williamsburg ferry which has incredible views across the East River of Manhattan and is an excellent, cheap and reliable way to travel. The staff are helpful and friendly with a great buzz around the hotel!

Second time at the Henry Norman Hotel. Booked again as really like the hotel vibe and layout of rooms. Huge space compared to comparably priced Brooklyn hotels. Love the vibe here and the local bars and restaurants are great. Easily accessible to central Greenpoint and Williamsburg.

A good position if you’re looking for a place in Brooklyn. The hotel is neat, nice personnel and the rooms are larger for what you usaualy get in New York. The downside is expensive parking and not having too many facilities like laundry, pool.
