Everything was good.great size room .clean bathroom and soft clean white towels.specially liked table and two armchairs so we could prepare and eat a meal or use our laptops.good wi fi.no breakfast though but don't eat it anyway.got cold at night but when I asked the staff they provided extra blankets .we saw elks that sometimes roam into the village at dusk which we were thrilled to see.scenery was breath taking Just a couple of places to eat and get a beer but we liked the brew house and grill across the bridge about 5 mins walk.oh and mabel's cafe opposite did reasonably priced eats and breakfast.Convenient petrol station opposite.

Amazing hotel. As soon as I arrived the guy on the desk couldn't do enough for me. He was giving me food recommendations and advice on what to do the following day along with phone numbers if I needed them. The room was big and most importantly, clean! The shampoo and conditioner worked wonders and the hairdryer worked great. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and available till 10 allowing me to have a lie in. There's also coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day in the lobby. I can't rate this hotel high enough. And the casino is about a 5 minute walk from this hotel.

    We loved staying in Cherokee.

    We loved staying in Cherokee. The weather was beautiful while we were there. We were able to enjoy The Oconaluftee River and visited the Oconaluftee Indian Village. We came back in the evening for the outdoor drama, Unto these Hills. We're so glad we did. I highly recommend seeing this outdoor drama. The shopping in Cherokee was fun. The only thing I couldn't find was a deck of cards with the Cherokee emblem on them, as a gift. We hope to return again because we enjoyed it so much. If you haven't been, I highly recommend it!

    Just enjoyed being in Cherokee . just a couple of days get away from work. we ate at Paul restaurant, food was excellent. the rebuen was one of the best i've ever had. we had breakfast at Pete's waffle& pancakes' everything we had was very good. would recommend these two places to eat. did not do a lot of activies due to my husband recovering from hip replacement' ETHEL

    Quiet town with a variety things to do, such as browsing tourist shops, nice outdoor activities, and great local restaurants. Mable’s Kitchen, Granny’s Restaurant, All Fried Up, and Circle H Chophouse were excellent!

    Cherokee is a great place to visit.

    Cherokee is a great place to visit. For families, there is hiking and a lot of cultural spots (Oconaluftee Village, Museum of the Cherokee People, etc) and for the adults, you can't beat the casino and its many fine dining options. For the outdoorsmen, there's excellent fishing, tubing, and a variety of other activities. Most of the people are great. I am partially biased because I have Cherokee in my heritage/family, but it really is a great place to visit. I would stay there if I could!

    I have always loved cherokee.

    I have always loved cherokee. The downtown area needs updated. Spruce it up with some bright colors, more indian heritage should be out there for the guests to interact with. It just seems so drab in that section
