Flagstaff is beautiful. Getting around Flagstaff was easy; streets and highways were well marked. We spent most of our time visiting family, so really can't comment on the specifics of Flagstaff.

Traffic is terrible and everything is ridiculously expensive. The scenery is stunning and the weather is beautiful with plenty of things to do and people to connect with. It's absolutely always worth going, but beware of price and keep to a budget if you do not have disposable income.

It was OK, but not a place I would care to go to again, it is VERY expensive (and I come from NY), no shuttles from the flag airport to tourist accommodations, way too much traffic, not the best place for walking. Not much to really do there, we were just there as a jump off point to our canyon river trip

The staff that responds to the phone calls and checks you in are extremely friendly and helpful. If you are into "green" it fills the bill very well. If you are not it does not present a problem.

We enjoyed the shops downtown. We ate and walked around.
We enjoyed the shops downtown. We ate and walked around. Getting round Flag was pretty easy. Street parking costs $1 per hour and finding a spot could be tricky. Urban Pine Eatery was excellent for salad and flat bread. Insomnia cookies for dessert topped it off. The little Di Marcos pizza behind the NAU Aquatic center was fabulous.

The room was fine and adequate for the couple of nights we spent there. Breakfast was good and although we never used the pool, it looked great. Free parking was great , even better if you could find a space outside your room. The location of the hotel was handy for visiting the South Rim of the Grand Canyon (about 11/2 hours away) & the rest of Flagstaff.

We severely under estimated our travel time and arrived at 11am in Flagstaff, went to the hotel and they let us check in early as our room was ready
Most places would not let you in early
Thank you so much it let us get a nap in before our big night

Great rooms. Great reception staff. Complimentary coffee and ice tea throughout the day. Location on Route 66 is convenient for getting into downtown Flagstaff and to Sedona.
