When 2 elder people are accused of damaging property when we know one of your staff people had to have done it doesn't sit very well with me at all. It's sad when people won't live up to what they did and put it on 2 innocent people and be charged for it is wrong! I wouldn't stay at another Hyatt if it was the only hotel available. Then we ordered food from down stairs went pick it up and it was ready some 45 mins later. Yeah yall stuck! Never again in life

Steven Tanger Center is a beautiful facility. The hotel is only a short drive from there. We also noticed it is close to a baseball field which would have been nice had we been here seasonally and had more time. The hotel is also located around many different restaurants, so you have great choices from fast food on up.

Chipotle was close by and Popeyes is in the immediate area of the hotel.
It was a little difficult getting around, and I am guessing is because I was just visiting. But it is uncomfortable driving because they drive to fast behind you seeing that you are out of state...slow down Greensboro!

We really enjoyed the entire visit.
We really enjoyed the entire visit. The downtown area is walkable, clean, and easy to locate all of our stops. The restaurant selections are very good, friendly atmosphere, and plenty of unique shops. We will back for sure.

It was a nice location.
It was a nice location. We were attending a funeral in REIDSVILLE, NC and it was easy to get there and return. This was explained when I made reservation which was helpful as well in making my decision.

We were visiting relatives for Christmas. We really enjoyed the Wonderlights at the Greensboro Science Center. Although we didn't visit this time, the Greensboro Children's Museum is worth the visit if you have small children.

The breakfast was good and shower wasn’t bad. Location was good but needs updated with GPS. Liked the parking situation. Staff during breakfast were wonderful. Elevator was great and located nicely. Getting from room to outside was easy.
