CanadaLocation is great! Having a restaurant in the hotel was great too 'cause we arrived hungry! Walking distance to fun shops. And just a short walk down the block & across the crosswalk to the pier.
And down the steps to the beautiful sandy beach which is why we choose this particular hotel! We even grabbed boogie boards from the hotel to go body boarding.
Friendly staff are helpful & attentive. It's an active, delightful, classy hotel with a super chill vibe~
Other folks reviews say they didn't like the noise from the cars on the street. Our room faced the street and we didn't mind the hustle bustle of the strip. We just closed our balcony door at night and the room was quiet enough that the car noises didn't bother us; and we even stayed during a busy airshow weekend. We went to bed early and had a sound sleep.

Huntington Beach town has many bars and restaurants, and there are always lots of people walking around downtown and on the pier and on the beach. So it's a pretty lively scene. We tend to favor places with natural beauty - and we found it at the Bolsa Chica Ecological Preserve, just up the road from HB. A beautiful bird refuge right by the ocean.

The hotel was conveniently located- we could walk to the beach or to nearby restaurants. Parking under the hotel was a nice perk. Busy highway out front. They were doing some repaving (@4am!), which was terrible- the whole hotel shook. Not the hotel’s fault though. Great coffee in the lobby. Meh breakfast (pancakes and pre-packaged stuff). The weather was wet and chilly when we were there, so that wasn’t great, but if it had been good weather and we had had more time, it would have been great. Basic room- no frills, but a good place for a night or two.

Henrys restaurant service and food was great. A nice experience. Room was corner balcony facing the ocean and overlooking the pool. Great. Very nice environment. Two pools. One for families and one quiet.
Staff very accomidating and pleasant and professional. Beach across stet. easy to get to. A few blocks away was downton with a very "Surf city" feel.
Lots of restaurants near by as well as shopping.

We love Huntington Beach and the location of the property...
We love Huntington Beach and the location of the property was perfect and convenient we were close to the beach and all the shopping in the area we were also close to the freeway so we can hop on and go north or south and visit family in each direction.

Hotel is in a good location and walkable to beach, restaurants, shopping and the pier. But hotel was run down and needs a major update & upgrade. Front desk was not responsive to report of noisy guests next to us.

Compared to the rest of Southern California, it was pleasant. I noticed the cleanliness, no graffiti, and the traffic flowed well. There was adequate choices of shopping and restaurants. Nice and pleasant over all. It wasn't infested with gangs like the rest of the state is. OOPS, I forgot, that is who runs that state!

Great location, close distance to Huntington Pier & Main Street. Able to hire nice cruiser bikes to travel around which was great fun. Handy to have the walk bridge to beach. Room was nice and big for the 3 of us to stay in with walk-in wardrobe and large bathroom with stand alone bath & separate shower. That was after we asked to pay for an upgrade as first room we were allocated wasn't great. The room we ended up in had a great view overlooking the water feature in the hotel and the beach.

The property is in a superb location on the beach front with excellent facilities. The room was clean, large and spacious with a view of the sea front. We stayed on the 11 th floor in the North Tower. We ate in and the food was good, if a little expensive, but that is the norm in resorts. Staff helpful and friendly. The pool areas were good and lively the a DJ playing on Sunday afternoon. It was busy but it was still maintained well. Overall, we wish we had stayed longer.
