They were kind, respectful, accommodating, professional, very pleasant and not only to us but what we saw, to everyone. They made our stay very enjoyable. They are rare employees.

They one thing I would like to see different is is seat in the tub closer to the show head or a hand held show head. I'm in a wheelchair and it would be a little easier. But I love the stay. Staff was very professional and friendly. Thank you

The lady at the front desk had too many issues and ended up canceling our entire stay even though we already had pre paid for the trip and could not be issued a refund.

Too much military influence. I hated Killeen.
Too much military influence. I hated Killeen. I do not suggest it as a destination or place to live. High crime rate, completely awful people. I hated the hospital, the ASYMCA, and nearby town of Salado. The minimum wage was $8 which is sickeningly low and there were no job prospects despite obvious signs businesses were hiring and the cities career center never gave real help. The mall in Temple is better than Killeen which is a ghost town.

I FOUND THE PEOPLE OF KILLEEN TO BE GENTLE, AND READY TO SMILE UPON YOUR PRESENCE. WHEN I HAD ENTERED A SMALL BUSINESS TO DINE OR SHOP, I WAS TREATED WITH GREAT RESPECT AND ASKED TO RETURN. THE RESIDENCE OF KILLEEN, OOZE OUT THE PLATITUDE, "THIS IS SACRED GROUND, BY BLOOD OF FAITHFUL MEN."

We loved visiting different things within the area and...
We loved visiting different things within the area and Austin. We were able to experience many many different foods--all delicious! And of course had to make a stop or two (lol) at Buc-ees :)
The only thing to be conscious of is the interstates/ traffic...if you are not used to it that can throw you off.

I recommend Bobby B's BBQ and Soul Food and the restaurant MasFajitas was pretty tasty too and near the hotel. Also, any time I'm in TX, I have to go to HEB! :)
We also went to Chalk Ridge Park, it would be nice except for all of the trash everywhere.

Booking.com should de-list this place, it's a mess. The staff is rude, requires a couple of steps to get to use the place,
It is an embarrassment to booking.com.
No one should even attempt to stay there. It's horrible.

When we arrived at the property, no one answered.
When we arrived at the property, no one answered. A phone call informed us that the property was no longer being rented. We had already paid for 3 nights, so we were not happy. Fortunately, we found other accommodations, but I expect a refund of $188.93. How do I go about getting this?

We liked the location as we were traveling to the sleep center for the VA which is 2 mins up the road. We thought they might have breakfast in but they discontinued it after covid and never brought it back they said. All in all, it was a great spot, and our room and facilities were clean. Shower and restroom were spot on, cold rooms and water pressure in the shower was perfect. The refrigerator was very large with plenty of space as well.

Our toilet and tub was dirty, there was two very small pillows in the room the fridge was dirty as well. And it had a bad smell in the room.
