Leavenworth is worth seeing. You will not find another city like this, with the Bavarian decorations and ambiance. Christmas is especially the best time with the snow and Christmas decorations. Charming town.

Incredible town, especially during the Dec Christmas...
Incredible town, especially during the Dec Christmas festival season. It's charming and fun and 100% worth visiting during this time at least once. The food is very good, there's plenty of outdoor activities nearby. There's something for everyone.

Leavenworth is a nice Bavarian like setting but the crowds in December made our trip less than fun. This was our sixth visit, the second time in December which was not so full of turmoil as this time. We will not return.

We arrived on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and it was quite crowded downtown, but it felt very festive. The other days were much quieter and we were able to discover lots of little nooks and crannies that we enjoyed (like the Champagne bar)

We actually live nearby and visit the area during the lower tourist season often. Leavenworth has it all for year round enjoyment. I've hiked, river rafted, zip lined, walked, shopped, partied and enjoyed theater (inside and out), skiing, sledding, rock climbing, swimming, and biking. All these activities are unbeatable (except the actual skiing in town is limited, but Steven's is just 30 minutes away. We don't really "dine", but we have enjoyed wonderful pizza (@Blewett brewing is our fav) and Brauts (@Munchen Has, fav) while there.

I love Leavenworth I have gone for many years.
I love Leavenworth I have gone for many years. Cold stone creamery is the bomb! We stopped along the way at many neat shops and ate sausages and beers. We went during the week not weekend when it was quite. So we missed alot of entertainment activities. As a senior I really enjoyed strolling through Levenworth.

Very clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Seemed like the whole hotel is newer as clean and modern. Nice indoor pool and hot tub area. Bonus hot tub outside. Included help yourself basic hot breakfast (Scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, breads, yogurts, fruits, juices and coffee station) was a nice way to start the day. Safeway is immediately next door. The centre of Leavenworth is about a 10 minute walk.

We spent the afternoon in Leavenworth; we arrived at Enzo at around 5:30.. CUTE place, excellent and efficient layout for a tiny house. It gives me a real idea for my future...
It was great to be there, but another time, at least 2 nights to really get there...
