I was upgraded to an ocean view room, and was sent chocolate covered strawberries and prosecco, treated like a princess, and provided perfectly professional, warm, and courteous, brilliant service. Thank you to all the staff, especially Angel at the front desk for all your kindness on my birthday. The room, the bedding and bed, the view, the amenities, the bathtub, the working desk, the lighting, all were tasteful and well designed and incredibly comfortable. Don't change a thing. Also loved the plush bathrobes, and all the resort extras, from free bikes on loan, to a local car service, to complimentary drinks, to morning yoga, all included.

LA is a great city to explore with friends. Lots of nice shopping areas, games to watch in Crypto Arena, Universal Studios, Disney, beach and great parks for walking. I particularly like Malibu for hiking and the views.

Went to LA 10 years ago and enjoyed it very much and everything was value for money, but now what a rip off prices have gone up 6 to 7 times from my last visit, and the filth and homelessness was appalling. America your so close to a third world country. Thank God I now only travel through Europe. I won't be going back to the US again. Waste of time and money.

The traffic is not the best but walking in that area is easy and safe. We love that we can walk to the promenade and the pier. The Saturday morning Farmers market is the best just a couple blocks away. Only aa short drive to Griffith Park and the LA Brea Tar pits. Not to mention, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive and Hollywood.

Close to museums and downtown area. Clean rooms. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. A beautiful vegan restaurant across the street with smoothies and great breakfasts that are healthy. (not a vegan but liked it). A specialty sausage restaurant, noodle bar. Good room with a couch and a fridge. Hanging space. Moe on reception was great. Great little hotel with exposed brick walls and red highlights. Secure door. Cool street art around the surrounding streets. Parking nearby was cheap. Would stay again.

Unforgettable stay, wonderful hotel, dream of being in Los Angeles and Hollywood fulfilled.
I booked a hotel with a view of the city and thanks to the nice man at the reception desk I got a beautiful corner room with an unforgettable fabulous view of Los Angeles down town and the Roosevelt Hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Perfect location in a beautiful shopping centre with direct access to the Dolby Theater.

I've been staying in budget places whilst travelling across America and thought I'd treat myself with a nice hotel and wasn't disappointed! Great location for Hollywood hills and the main strip. Lots of food options close by as well as the station to head to downtown Los Angeles. The room was amazing and the bathroom was lovely, I would recommend staying here!
